I was nervous storing my boat for the first time with Hallberg and also working them on some repairs to my 20 year old Bayliner. Not only were they professional, but honest and fair. All repairs made as requested and under the quoted price. All I can say is they’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you! You’ve exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to pick up my rig come spring to get it on the water.

Absolute WORST customer service in a parts department I have aver had. This has been going on for years. Parts guys are arrogant and condescending. I only use them when I have to. The sales team for boats are decent folks and very helpful.

Andrew and Vinny were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable throughout the buying process and helped us feel confident in our purchase. Both were friendly and accommodating and worked hard to ensure our boat was in pristine condition upon pick up. They took the time to help show us how the boat worked and operated and even test drove it to ensure all parts were working properly. This was our first purchase from them but can’t say enough good things about the experience and will definitely be back in the future.

Have had fairly good luck with the storage, but a week ago I picked up my boat (which I was selling) and found they had done an inspection on the boat motor for a potential buyer without my permission or knowledge? No one should be doing work on a boat without prior consent from the owner!! I was also told the wires near the engine were burned as if something had shorted out? After scrubbing off the old, dried up mold and algae off the wires they look brand new!!! Also told there was another issue with the motor. After a separate certified Mercury Marine mechanic looked at it and found nothing, the boat was sold without a hitch. Something stinks here. Use caution.

Stopped to buy a new rubber handle for the starter rope of my old Mercury 20 horse outboard. First parts-man asked for the serial number, said he needed it to look up the part number. second parts-man standing at the counter looked on. Gave him the year but insisted he could not find a part number without the serial number. His boss standing at the counter said they sold only genuine manufacturer's parts they couldn't look it up without the serial number. Lazy! Stopped at another smaller Mercury dealer and gave him the year and motor size and he went on line, said it was part # so-and-so but had been replaced by Mercury part # so and so and he had 2 in stock. That is service. I Will never waste time at Hallberg Marine again.

We just bought our new boat and I was very happy with my sales representative Randy. He was responsive, never pushed us, and went out of his way to make sure we made a good decision for my wife and I. The only reason it's four stars and not five is mainly do to getting our boat prepped. I understand taking the time to get it ready for the person and making sure it's clean. I just think over two weeks to do so is a bit long. We purchased the boat two weeks ago on Saturday morning and told it would be two weeks to be ready. Now we're waiting another week and we were planning a get together on our new boat. Randy is amazing I just think they need to get a new boat ready a little quicker than two plus weeks.

Brought my boat in for a an insurance estimate, and they said it would be a week before they could look at it,and over 6 weeks later and calling them several times they have still not looked at it. The service writer,and service employees are very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this dealer,and the boat was purchased from them.

Really nice folks at sales desk. Folks directed me where to go. Confusing office location for first time visitor. Sales help Brian and Stephanie were really helpful and efficient and Cheerful. Found unique solution in one visit and a return to check the unit. Super happy with resolution to help first time buyer make boat dream come true. You guys rock ! Thanks a bunch, Elvis

We recently purchased a Bennington Pontoon and our salesman Randy was very informative on all the different pontoon boats and options. And Dean was also very helpful when we picked our boat up. I would highly recommend Hallberg Marine.

We had the perfect experience renting a gorgeous, pontoon for a few days on the lake when we needed more boat space with family in town from out of state! Fished, tubed and sunned hard!! Andrew was amazing in fast communication and answering our questions thru our whole experience and went above and beyond to get all set up . Great value, ease and we will be returning renters for sure!!!

Hallberg was great to work with. I purchased a used Premier pontoon and they were able to install Sea Legs and service the motor quickly. Shout out to Greg in Sales in navigating my needs. Was able to get out for the 4th of July weekend. Thanks Hallberg!!!!
