We have lived here for 8 years and the postal service is let’s just say less than adequate! I have sent out very important paperwork from my mailbox with the flag up and it does not get to its destination! (Tax documents to the state!) Get other residents mail, been told after receiving mail for two years we not longer reside at this address, not delivering packages due to delivery access unavailable when we go out and plow our driveway in winter just so they have access, and driving into driveway and legit throwing packages out the window onto lawn. Rutting up the area right in front of the mailbox, getting crumpled mail that looks like someone crumpled it up and then decided not to throw it away, I could go on and on and on. I have had to multiple times put mail back in box stating “wrong address” hoping it gets to correct recipient. If I could give them zero stars I would and this post office and employees should be reported to the US post master general. A long time ago I realized anything important needs to be brought to Carlton post office and sent from there. I don’t understand the issue as we have had many different mail carriers and there is not one who has stayed or been good at their job in 8 years. I myself have lived in Wrenshall my whole life and I have never had these issues up until 8 years ago! I agree with Stephanie Erickson when she said she didn’t know if they were out to get her and her husband or not. This is exactly how we have felt for years! Your not alone! To anyone in the Wrenshall post office carrier area if you feel like someone doesn’t like you or is out to ruin your day, your not alone!!! It’s not just you!

I can’t tell if the person who delivers to our home just has it out for us or doesn’t like to do their job. Almost every time the package is either delivered to the wrong address or marked “undeliverable” due to them not being able to access our perfectly accessible driveway. My least favorite part about living in Wrenshall.

Dropped a package off Monday, Priority Mail and was not even scanned until Wednesday. Is it that busy that there is no time to scan and ship out priority mail. This had medicine in it, it will now be delivered late.

We have had several items that we have ordered online, specifically Amazon, and they sit at the Post Office until we go to the Post Office and pick them up.The hours of operation are almost impossible for working people to stop by and pick up the items they seem to refuse to deliver.The Post Office bleeds money every yea., It's no mystery to me why that is. Shut it down. Leave it to Fed Ex and UPS and others to do what they can't.

Their carrier drove across my yard (at least 40 feet off the driveway path) at an excessive rate of speed, and when I complained about that I was told by the acting postmaster that I can come pick up packages at their location that has very limited operating hours instead. This took place after the same carrier followed us down our driveway and barked at us for ordering packages then proceeded to hand over a box with someone else’s name and address on it. What a joke!

I’ve had problems with them delivering packages to my house more than once I’ve lived in my address for over a year and now just getting problems with small packages they won’t deliver? No body ever answers the phone either

Since when did it become the practice of the post office to leave packages at the base of your mailbox on the street??? I will be contacting the postmaster as our mail carrier is always delivering to wrong addresses and missing stops. Watched him 3 different days in one week go back repeatedly to the previous mailboxes. And now doing this with my package??? Anyone could have pulled up and grabbed it as it was on the street!

So the Wrenshall post office mail carriers are not the best in my opinion. They constantly deliver our mail with other peoples mail included. We have lost 2 packages and the lady at the post office told us that they were delivered to a neighbor. It’s their job to pay attention to addresses and be aware of where they deliver it to. I have taken lots of mail that isn’t ours and brought it to the neighbors to be sure that they received it. I shouldn’t have to, this is what they get paid to do. I think management in that post office should start talking to the mail carriers about this issue immediately to make it better.
