I didn’t have a great experience bringing clothes here to sell through consignment. I went to a lot of work to put them in tubs and make sure they were clean, neatly folded, and free of pet hair (according to the owner’s guidelines). And when I got the tubs back a few days later, half of my stuff was still in the there for me to take back home. She told me she didn’t take Walmart brands…would have been nice to know before I went to all the work. She also left many things in the tub that were clearly not Walmart brands. It was a waste of my time.I also had an issue with store credit. One visit, I was told that I would have $8 store credit put on my account. Next time I was in, I was told I had no store credit. And every time I go in I end up spending $100, even with all the sale prices. I can’t figure it out!I like the store and the layout with so much variety, but I have had mixed experiences.

Great, interesting items. Nice prices. I had a great experience with the person working there. She asked questions and pointed me to another section I might be interested in. Really nice store!

I really like this place! The owner is particular when choosing consignments. I appreciate that because I know I will get quality clothing at a fraction of the original cost. Only wish she had more women's size 5 shoes. ?

Jen has built up a great consignment shop on our little "main street"! I'm so glad we have her shop in town. I love consigning our things locally, and she always has something in her shop that I need at a below-retail price!

*Update*My email address should be on file with your Google response form. And second of all, I gave you my phone number for a text receipt. If you cannot find my contact information, it is clearly NOT my lack of effort. If you have such a problem with my review, you’ve have multiple days & opportunities to contact me and yet you haven’t. This speaks even more to the fact of questioning that your business would be so legitimate (as you claim) & yet you are unable to contact someone. Obviously this is a scam.While the selection and clothing is in style & reasonably priced for consignment, the management is worth 1-Star. After visiting the shop on Saturday, I have been attempting to contact someone about my debit card. The lady who checked me out manually entered my card, asked for my zip code & didn’t return it to me after the transaction. In an effort to assume that people are human and make mistakes, I’ve contacted the store several times & they will not answer me. Seems kinda shady keeping someone’s debit & billing info & we all know the hassle of getting a replacement card. This screams fraud & untrustworthy.
