They do not care about patients. I was in pain screaming at the top of my lungs and they just ignored me. I'm just scared of needing medical attention because I'm afraid they will let me die.

My mother went here a couple weeks ago for stitches. The ER doctor who treated her was very unprofessional and spoke down on my mother. Her English is broken and instead of being kind and compassionate, the doctor belittles her. Then to top that off, the nurse who might've been assisting him, comes into my mother's room & uses her personal cellphone, records then goes back out to laugh about something with her coworkers. Isn't that subject to HIIPA? My mother mentioned it to her home nurse and she said that this specific doctor is racist and has been reported multiple times about his behavior yet he's still there. I just want to make everyone aware. Sanford do better!

If I could rate -5 stars I would ! The hospital is very unprofessional even the manager she doesn’t care and the staff doesn’t care. Do not go to this hospital please the place needs to be restaffed due to having no machines on , the staff was not really caring about my care they didn’t know how to properly put IV in they were disrespectful calling me names. It’s like soon as you go in there they act like nothing wrong with you if your not comfortable with certain care that they provide they told me to leave and the. Turn around just to say that I refused care which is lying all they do is lie they just don’t care for there patients

I have gone here quite a bit over the last 2 years for blood draws. The lab employees are very friendly and helpful, but the whole process of getting lab work done is quite a hassle compared to Sanford in Sioux Falls where I also go quite a bit. In Sioux Falls you don't need to make an appointment-you just walk in and don't get asked a million questions and have to wait for paperwork to be printed and a wrist band to wear. In Worthington, you have to check in at the front, answer a bunch of questions, wait for paperwork to be printed and a wristband. Then the wristband gets put on just to proceed to the lab where you will be for only 5 minutes. The times I have made an appointment it doesn't even matter because it doesn't speed up the process. When I haven't made an appointment, they get kind of rude about it. The whole process at the front takes longer than the actual time spent in the lab.
