“Was there a few months ago to have my daughter get a new phone. The manager was super helpful. Due to it being a newer and smaller store they did not have the phone that my daughter wanted but he helped her find and pick out one that was just as good and it happened to be lower cost. I will be there again really soon to get a new phone as mine just dont want to work anymore. LG is not my brand this year 2 phones gone bad in less than 6 months! I know the manager will be just as helpful to me as he was my daughter!”

“I went in to our local store with an i phone 12 that had quit working. Paulina was very pleasant and helpful. She explained the different options that could be done. Also, went over my current plan. She explained a new one that would save me money ( $10 a month). I also appreciated her telling me, the extra charges I will see on my bill next month for getting a new phone. I was in and out and everything transferred to my new iphone 15 in an hour!!”
