They said they could get me in at 10:30. I went to check progress at 3. They said they can't get to it until next week and haven't even looked at it..Wasted my whole day as I'm on a road trip. I called a tow truck again to bring it to someone else.CarefulLocals say they do this to trap you in.Zero stars!

Went for a oil change and tire rotation on my truck. As I payed they charged me for all that I asked but when I checked my tires nothing was done and I was still charged. Then there Mechanic was upset because he was forced to do a tire rotation like I asked the first time.

Worst dealership I’ve ever shopped at. I bought a used Mercedes there less than a year ago, bought an extended warranty that they GUARANTEED would cover everything. 1 month later the transmission started leaking, and after 2 months of submitting the repair, they would not cover it. A while later the vehicle got totaled by a semi, and we need to cancel the extended warranty. I understand it’s not their fault that I have to file this, but it has taken 5 weeks for them to answer me. I’ve left voice mails to the finance manager, sales manager, general manager, I left emails, I would call everyday, and not a single call back. To this date I am still waiting on a call back. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Never buy a car from this family of dealers.

Billion doesn't care about the customer. Zero warranty information was carried over from Marthaler. Great way to do business, buy it, and cancel all warranties and expect the customer to pay full price for what would have been covered services.

If I could give this place a zero I would. One star is way more than they deserve. I own a 2020 ford explorer. My car has been in this place 4 times in the last 2 months because they can’t listen or do their jobs. I originally took it here because my 4wd light came on. It took 3 visits for them to tell me it was a certain part. They charged me for different things every visit also! They quoted me basically $800 for the part to be installed. I found the part for $210 and did it at home.The 4th Time I brought my car in is because it chugs when I switch gears. There was a notecard given to ford of things I asked them to look at and they did NONE of them. They updated 1 module and ignored everything else but of course I was still charged. My car still has the same issue. This place is absolutely terrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I also feel like I should add that I haven’t even had my car a year that I purchased from billion Chevy here in Worthington.Also I told them the transfer case was leaking (another mechanic told me that) and they said it was not but he’d have to lift my car again to look.4/10/23 update. I called a couple days ago and left a voicemail. I’m trying to find out if my warranty is going to cover the transmission. But I didn’t get a phone call back. I called 3 times today. Twice they didn’t answer. The other time I got told that I needed to speak to Lonnie and he wasn’t in at that time I guess. I thought the service was bad because of a certain employee but now he’s not there anymore and it’s still bad. I’ll keep updating.

Terrible service, I went to get a spare key cut and programmed. They told me they would order one and give me a call when they got the key so I could make an appointment. I’m at my appointment and have been here for 4 hours so far. This place has terrible service. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Excellent service, I dropped my Titanium Fusion off on a Thursday and it ended up needing a new motor , I was told it would be done by the following Wednesday and I got a call from billion Ford first thing Monday morning saying that they had got the parts sooner than expected and the car was done already free of charge I highly recommend billion Ford of Worthington for all your service needs ?

Not great follow up or communication at all on service commitments, and extremely higher prices compared to the second opinion I requested after getting a quote. Will not be returning.

Terrible service!! Will definitely Not return! Went in for them to fix my heater a diagnostic test and oil change~4.5 hours later No results on test until next day @3:30! Heater Still Not Working ? So bottom line is I got the oil changed with cheapest oil~ (Not kind I asked for even) in a short 4.5 hours!!! Hubby talked to floor manager about it all and he was supposed to get back to him .... still waiting for that call!!!

Billion? Short for Billion-aire? Add over $2500 for paint and fabric protection to EVERY vehicle, I think the guy Said 80 some dealerships. Then charge full MSRP on top. Can't believe anyone would buy a vehicle there. It's time for the 23's, they have a lot full of 22's. Take a $1000 off the protection add on. Big deal. Went online as soon as I got home, SF, Mitchell and Apple (Cities) are taking $5000 off MSRP. $6500 less for the same F150's.
