Karl’s service is top notch! I ordered a range, and a dishwasher for a fantastic price, and had some of the best customer service you could imagine. Wayne was fantastic! The range I ordered was taking a while to get sent into the store, so he upgraded me to the model above for free. He is one of the best customer service representatives you could ever work with. Hats off to Karl’s!

The saying always goes "buy locally". Well Went and bought a washer one day and witnessed a employee completely being disgustingly rude/ racist towards his customer. If you don't speak English and are not white, don't go there, period. Apparently, they don't need your business, especially with the way they carry themselves. out of pocket. Even down in Mississippi, white folks aren't that ignorant. If you hate working in retail that bad why be in retail? Is it because all these non speaking English folks are taking your job in Worthington? As a conservative, that was utterly disgusting to see.

We have bought from them a few times. One of their big claims is timely repair. Not true. It took a month to get our microwave repaired. It still isn't repaired. They don't care and acted like we are an inconvenience, a pain in the butt....rude reaction. Don't fall for their friendly, timely repair claim.

Recently Moved - Have a Maytag Refrigerator that requires service - I was given their number by Maytag. When I called - "If you didn't buy it from us we won't service." I won't be buying from them now.
