Read the reviews, so I didn't wash it somewhere else. I Waited till I got there. I paid $45, so it went up I guess. Dropped the trailer at 7:00 am, got a call at 8:00 pm. Could have been next morning though. Somebody told me they inspect the loads twice a day 6am/6pm. I was lucky my load was ready before 6 pm I think, so I could get out the same night. I knew I was going to be there for at least 12 hours, so it didn'take me by surprise. The people at the gate were nice, same with the wash out guy. Every once on a while it takes some time to get loaded/unloaded. It's part of the game. I smile, breath deeply & hope it won't happen soon.......

This is very bad location don’t come here, Im waiting 2 days here. He is tall me u load no ready, come again after two days he is dont know trailer ready no ready, very bad location

I could give zero stars or less than zero if there is such an option
Don’t load in here drivers
Staff is friendly, no complaints
But we are coming here to get loaded not to make friends
So my review is mainly about loading time
I dropped my trailer on Wednesday 18:00 after washout at their facility which was quick process ($36 in cash only)
Now it’s Thursday 15:33, load is still not ready
Don’t listen to what the broker tells you, it’s just lies and they have no control on loading time
Don’t let the rate fools you, you will lose way more than you gain
The problem is that you will be held hostage in here once you drop it
My genuine advice to you drivers, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, unless it’s drop and hook
Be safe out there

If I could rate this place a zero I would, such an unfriendly dirty company and very racially motivated. This place is so horrible I don’t even believe the good reviews about this place, they sound like actual robots.

Drop and hooked here, load was ready 12 hours before appointment. 4 stars only because their yard dogs seem to have a habit of ripping off mud flaps. Beware.

This place offer NO RESTROOMS not even a port o john for drivers who are on the road all day delivering to them and have no place else to stop for well over 100 miles on the way there.

My recommendation is just keep driving don’t stop at this place or you will stuck I’m waiting on the load for the last 24 hours and still shipper said the trailer is not even in the dock don’t waste your time!

Very unfriendly company. They don't respect drivers. the attitude is terrible. Drivers are kept busy for two days. all irresponsible workers. no one pays attention to the disorder. You shouldn’t come here, value your time and respect yourself.

Sit here loaded with hogs night after night for hours on end!!! Work ethic is out of this world!! Show up early and they won’t let you in! Corporate America at its finest everything is on their time! To bad google doesn’t have a 0 star!

This place deserves ZERO(Google fix that btw) stars. You have to drop your trailer off in drop lot after they inspect it…..& guess what it’s always gonna need washed out….which is $38 cash. My trailer was supposed to be loaded Thursday but didn’t get loaded until 2:30 am Saturday night/Sunday morning. I went to grab it right away Sunday morning & it was overloaded by 1800lbs. Then I got to wait another 4.5 hrs while they called someone in to readjust the load. Almost 3 days sitting in Worthington for a load. Guard shack folks were nice but knew NOTHING. Avoid this place

It takes 40 to 45 hours to give you your box
