My tax pro is Dawn, she is professional and easy to work with. She also gets it done in a timely manner. H&R Block has great, friendly staff members. 100% recommend.

Went to my appointment at 10amwhich they scheduled and they weren't open.... looked online it said open at 12 so I came back at 12 and once again no one was there!!! This is the 3rd time that they have messed with my appointment... therefore I will be switching offices!!! I'm very disappointed, my mother and I have been going to this office since 2003 and it's always been good to us... until 2021...

Worthington MN office. Horrible communication went in for a in person appointment and ended up doing a virtual appointment. Virtual person didn't seem to know what was going on, papers got scanned in upside down by the office person so I had to read everything to her then I had to call for two days to see if she had them done or what was going on finally got them back today $550 later I'm going to take them to a real tax professional and make sure they are correct. Not sure they even deserve one star. Will not be using them in the future.

No one has a clue as to what's going on or how to do taxes!!! The receptionist was rude and waited tell I drove there to tell me they had to cancel my appointment..My partner spent almost 4 hours there so they could call every state to find someone to do his taxes..Even thou they made the appointment and said yes they had someone that could do it..You stand a better chance dealing with a monkey then those people!!

I've always been very happy with h&r block and have done business with them for many years! They will always be number one in my book! Yes they charge appropriately and in 25 years plus of them doing my taxes have never been audited! Thank you for being so business professionals

Honestly I truly enjoy Phyllis. She makes all of this so understandable and she is so kind. I love that they sent out a letter letting me know all the paperwork I needed to make it so STRESS FREE! I knew in advance all the paperwork I needed and it made my life so easy!

I have a simple W2 it takes me about a half hour to do my taxes maybe 45 minutes I have a simple short form taxes the lady that did my taxes took over 3 hours I honestly terrified what's going to happen she just did it seem to have a clue what she was doing
