The service was okay. I only had wifi services through Bluepeak and I would have issues with my wifi not being fast enough or not working. I was paying around $69/month. Then we decided we would switch to the Verizon wifi. I called to cancel and the rep told me he would throw in a free month for me and then discount my monthly rate to $45/month. Just so I wouldn’t cancel. Fast forward, I finally did cancel and that call that I made to cancel it was somehow not “recorded”. So there was no record that I called to cancel. When I go to return my hardware at my local Bluepeak office, they wanted me to pay an additional $30 for returning the hardware. Now make that make sense please! I’m returning THEIR hardware and I have to pay $30?! What!!??

My mom passed away about 2 1/2 months ago. I canceled her service which went great, but it took me until last week to return the equipment. We’ll come to find out they’ve already sent us to collections due to unrelieved equipment. I feel like that’s a little too quick to throw something into collections, without even so much as a courtesy call. They were told of the circumstances and had my name and number on the account.

Nothing to watch. Poor programming. Very expensive. We pay more than $100 a month more than relatives in a neighboring county and they get many more channels! I think we are getting screwed.

Worst experience ever..Ive been double bill every month since ive started with this company..Every month my bill is getting higher and higher..Im at my last straw with them..Ive never gotten a disconnect notice but ive gotten disconnected more times than i can count..every month " surprise " your disconnected with NO notice. You call and YEH " you owe $170+ ! Much to our surprise..when we were informed from the previous month thst we were " all caught up"..we're upset on how these " professional " practices are ripping hardworking family off!!!!!

They double billed us for our service, called to try to figure it out. Seems that they are interested in keeping our money and not researching the problem. I'm switching providers due to my dissatisfaction with their lack of solution to the problem and not being willing to address the situation.
