Excellent service! I am a new Verizon customer, I’ve only had my phone for one month. I’ve been having several issues which were unresolved even by talking with Verizon support. I stopped in the store after getting coffee at Caribou and they were able to help me with both issues.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

The man working at the store showed no interest or care as we inquired about upgrading our broken phone. He seemed uninterested and indifferent to our situation, which made us feel uncomfortable. his attitude towards us was not appropriate. I believe It's important to create a welcoming and caring atmosphere for customers as if you was a customer. ?

He told me of a special deal and wasn't true, charged me for something, no receipt , even Verizon is on case now.. he said I didn't need to turn in the old phone, not true.. a total mess now and waiting for Verizon to fix the issue..Were did the $237.14 go.. even Verizon customer service is questioning it.. basically, it's a mess now .. Hopefully customer service at ☆611 can straighten everything out..Today I'll call credit card company to put hold on payment till it's straightened out..Now I have to go to another Verizon store to turn in old phone and go through process again..This time I'll call customer service while I'm there to make sure everything is correct and have them print out copy of receipt and contracts instead of emails..Hard lesson learned here..Check everything twice ..
