“These guys truly saved me when I had an unexpected problem with my car! I was 3 hours away from home and when I was driving through town I heard an awful grinding noise in the rear of my car. I was desperate. Luckily I found them about 10 minutes to closing on a Friday. They went above and beyond to help me. The head mechanic came in the next morning to fix my car. They even offered a loaner car so I could find a motel to stay. They were all so kind and understanding. My car was ready the next morning and I made it home safely. I will never forget how they went above and beyond to get me back on the road!! Thank you!!”

“I already posted on the Sioux Falls website, but wanted to make sure Adir Morales got his credit at his own dealership. We were on a cross country road trip with our 2500 Ram towing a 5th wheel trailer. It was Friday evening and we pulled into the dealer just before closing. Adir came out to see if he could help us. We explained that we had the dreaded def system fault. He called around to their local mechanics, but they were already closed for the day. Then he called his work colleagues at home to see if they could help. They recommended we go to Sioux Falls as they were more likely to have the parts in stock. Adir must have spent 30-45 min trying to find someone to help us which is way above and beyond what you would expect when he knew we were passing through. He even gave us his cell phone number to call in case we had any further issues. We made it to Sioux Falls where they helped us out. If I lived on the area, I would absolutely go to Adir for my next vehicle purchase. He is a fantastic person!”

“While traveling home from Yellowstone with my oldest daughter and son-in-law we experienced a situation on the highway where a piece of rebar ruptured a tire on my new F150. It started to go flat immediately. I pulled off the highway and noticed Ron’s Diesel Service. I pulled into their lot and they told me to pull around back. The owner and a mechanic began to work on my truck. Other mechanics joined to help and 15 minutes later we were ready to hit the road. I wanted to settle up but no one would take a dime. I’ve never felt so blessed. It was 4th of July weekend and 10 minutes to closing. They all stayed over to help. I was so relieved. This company is awesome. I can’t thank them enough. I unfortunately got in an accident right in the middle of the worker's strike and it was very difficult to obtain all the parts we needed.Cory and his team kept me updated weekly and were very patient answering my questions throughout the process.
