“I already posted on the Sioux Falls website, but wanted to make sure Adir Morales got his credit at his own dealership. We were on a cross country road trip with our 2500 Ram towing a 5th wheel trailer. It was Friday evening and we pulled into the dealer just before closing. Adir came out to see if he could help us. We explained that we had the dreaded def system fault. He called around to their local mechanics, but they were already closed for the day. Then he called his work colleagues at home to see if they could help. They recommended we go to Sioux Falls as they were more likely to have the parts in stock. Adir must have spent 30-45 min trying to find someone to help us which is way above and beyond what you would expect when he knew we were passing through. He even gave us his cell phone number to call in case we had any further issues. We made it to Sioux Falls where they helped us out. If I lived on the area, I would absolutely go to Adir for my next vehicle purchase. He is a fantastic person!”

“While passing through on I90, lost 4 of the front driver side studs and lugnuts. Was able to limp the vehicle to this O'Reilly location. The parking lot was huge and enough room for my boss to maneuver the duelley and gooseneck trailer around. The staff inside were friendly and assisted us in getting the parts we needed. The staff also lent us the tools we did not have to get the job done. Overall without the staff assisting us we would not have gotten on the road as quickly as we did. 10/10 would come back if in the area again. Thank you again for the assistance Worthington MN staff!”
