I have been a customer my whole life and anytime I need anything from a banker it is like pulling teeth or I get sent away to another location. They left a message for me to call them today and there is no way to call them back! I have been wanting to leave for a long time and now I think I am going to as soon as I can.

Been a long time customer, tried to get something notarized, got sent away from the first location to another due to staffing, then at second location was told they don’t offer that service which we found out that was untrue. Terrible service.

Probably the slowest Wells Fargo I've ever been to. I've had a terrible experience inside and through the drive thru. Moving forward, I will be going out of my way to bank at a different Wells Fargo

Impossible to get copies if my business account for taxes. Every other year it was no problem now they only go back 6 months. I called customer service and got a gal that didn’t 30 minutes setting it up to snail me the info I needed and it never arrived. Impossible to talk to a banker at 3 Wells Fargo’s I went to.Two in Woodbury and the Hudson Wi. One also. I am closing all my accounts and moving on. My cousin told me last week he went to a ATM drive up at the Wells Fargo by his house on a Friday just after close and there was no money in the ATM.No reason to stay an angry customer.DONE AND MOVING ON

We have a business account with Wells Fargo and I cannot wait to have it canceled and moved to a smaller bank. They claimed 4-5 weeks ago our debit/credit cards would be shipped and now they tell us they were never shipped and have to go into a branch to get the card. When we asked them to expedite the cards, they said it would take 5-7 business days and if we wanted it expedited, we could call customer service and see if they could do it. There is no customer service here and minimal competence at this branch.

Can you people stop bringing hate?? They are just short on staff and they're having a difficult time, why try to bash and bring people down like that? What if one of the employee in there was your family member? How would you feel? Try to understand and stop complaining. If you don't want to bank w/Wells Fargo then leave to another bank. No one wants a crabby customer and complains about every little thing. Be mindful and respectful and be glad that there's people out there trying to do their job and help us as much as they can. Please spread more positivity and stop bringing negativity!!!!

Edit: I received a call from the bank and they offered their apologies and helped me open account opened the same day. So increasing it to 4 stars from 1Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Went there on a Saturday morning at opening (9am) only to be told that I needed an appointment to open an account. Went back a few days later with an appointment I secured online ( mid afternoon on a working day) and I was first told that they couldn’t find my appointment. And after a few mins of waiting they were able to locate it. And after 30 mins of wait, no one came. Not even to apologize or explain why I would have to wait when I had an appointment. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment ?What was really ridiculous was that I also saw a line of like 15-20 people and only one teller on both the days. I only went in-person because as a non-resident I can’t open an account online.Just go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

A 1-star rating is too much for this bank. I have been with US bank for a number of years (Excellent bank by the way) and decided to give Wells Fargo branch in Woodbury a try due to the federal FDIC insurance limits. Luckily, I kept all my accounts (business and personal) with the US bank. Wells Fargo bank and the Woodbury branch is the worst I have ever experienced. As an example, yesterday, I went to get a cashier's check. The line inside was almost out the door and only one teller was serving. I waited for 20 minutes and the line did not move at all. Decided to try the drive through. Waited for another 1/2 hour and once I got to talk to the teller, I asked if I can get a cashier's check at the drive through. She replied "yes" and then another 15 minutes of back and forth, she tells me that I need to go bank in the bank. I said would you at least have the check ready, she replied in the affirmative. Once in the back, her manager asked me to go back to the end of the line and wait my turn. Her attitude was also very demeaning and customer unfriendly. They practically wasted an hour of my time and I left without a cashier's check in my hand. Their online banking is also very limiting as compared to what I am used to at the US Bank. Stay away from them . I am closing all my accounts with them. The USBank branch in Woodbury is Excellent.

I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just incompetent but just about every time I come here lately it takes 30 minutes or more to go through the drive thru. There could be three cars and it takes 45 min. Please get it together Wells Fargo. Update took 1 hour to get through 6 cars. Ridiculous.

This branch has serious problems. I have been a customer for over 30 years but I think it’s time to leave! No matter day or time of day the wait is over an hour! They shut down the other branch in Woodbury MN and obviously can’t keep up with the service needed for its amount of customers.

This is the worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. The line is out the door and there is one person working the front. I’ve counted 11 others in the building. I’m sure some of them aren’t trained to work the front but I find it hard to believe none of the 11 can jump in and help. One other person working drive thru. I wish I could give negative stars.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We waited for almost an hour to talk to a banker and the banker we got couldn’t help us because she wasn’t a notary. we were then told it would be another 40 minute wait. Had the banker not been helping someone that walked in the building AFTER we were sitting down waiting, I wouldn’t have cared as much, but that’s exactly what happened. And then we were told they were there before us (if they were, they left the building and came back and were allowed to skip the line. We went to a different location, got there right before close and they were still willing to help us. The whole process at the second location took 10 minutes, and that included the time it took the banker to lock the doors in between helping us. The Woodbury location needs to step up their game! I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years and the experience there experience made me want to close all my accounts!!!
