I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea why the reviews for this place are so low. I've lived in Woodbury all my life, and I've come to this location more times than most of the people with one star reviews. I've never had a bad experience coming here, and now that I'm using the pharmacy here too, it's still consistently good. The cashiers are nice, and the pharmacy people are chill. I don't know what else one could want from these people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible wait times, rude staff. Just don’t go here.

Everytime i come to this walgreens is takes forever to get your medications. I have sat in the drive through lines in my car for an hour to find out medication was delayed and not ready

I have experienced rude staff on numerous occasions. There are some kind people working there but more often than not the staff is rude. Every time I go here there is another issue: long long long wait times, rude staff, issue with my medication, etc. I understand they are often very busy and likely short staffed but at least be kind to your customers if they are treating you with respect as well. Unfortunately changing pharmacies because picking up my prescriptions is constantly difficult here.

I haven't met a rude person working here like some other reviewers but I have NEVER been to a slower pharmacy. My doctor told me this is one of the busiest walgreens in the twin cities and I believe it.You will always be waiting forever in line, no matter what time you come, no matter if you try the drivethru or going inside the store.Switching pharmacies to another town, if you enjoy waiting forever this is the walgreens for you.

I highly recommend everyone move their business elsewhere. To Cub Pharmacy maybe.That’s the only thing they are going to understand.We waited in the phone for 1hr and 30 min when there was only 3 ppl ahead of us. We finally hung up after that.A lot of the people that work here really don’t seem to care and that could potentially be dangerous.This location has been like this for years.

Pharmacist I spoke with, was pretty condescending to me and asked why I need to have my medication for(a pinched nerve in my spine related to a recent surgery) so soon. I was told that she would give me a call back and she never did. She also told me that she couldn’t transfer a prescription for me when any of the other Walgreens locations I’ve called and talked to have told me that they can do that and have done it within an hour or two.

While the staff here is pleasant, there arent enough. Spending hours in urgent care is bad enough, but then to spend hours waiting for a medication is frustrating. Even the line to get told it wont be ready takes 30 minutes or more.

Went there to pick up medication and guy with the glasses was by far one of the rudest and unprofessional service provider I have ran into.Management clearly does not bother looking at these reviews to provide much needed training on customer service.

I came to this Walgreens on Thursday. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made. I usually do my prescriptions at the other Walgreens in Saint Paul, but I had them transferred here since I was going to be staying in the area for a while. One of the Pharmacy Techs named Stacy was absolutely disrespectful to me. She was yelling as if she owned the damn building and it completely threw me and the other customers off. Although I am a person of color, I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life and I speak fluent English along with an American accent. When I asked Stacy to repeat what she said to me since she was talking very low, she yelled each word at me as if I was someone who was completely incompetent and had absolutely no clue what I was doing. I am a Surgeon and I have been for 10 years, and seeing how some medical staff treat other customers is absolutely flabbergasting. This is truly one of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I will be reporting this location.

Sunday night I came in and it was genuinely the worse experience I’ve ever had. I have a sick kid who has been in the hospital for a month. I decided to get my daughter’s medication Sunday night and someone named Meghan had a nasty attitude towards me. I don’t know if it was because she was cranky because of how late it was, but I looked at the other reviews and some people have also been complaining about her. The reviews at this pharmacy have been horrible and I feel like it is because of Meghan. I will be contacting corporate if she keeps working at this specific location. She deserves to have consequences for her horrible and dehumanizing attitude.

I was given less than the full amount of a liquid medication, so I ran out more than a week early. When I called to refill, I was told I could not refill it until exactly 90 days after I had gotten the medication, even though I had run out. The pharmacist was actually nasty, accusing me of taking extra doses (I did not) and accusing me of not knowing how to draw up a ml; I've been a RN for more than 40 years, I know how to draw up a medication. It actually had printed on the label that a partial refill was available, which means I hadn't gotten the full amount, but the pharmacist insisted that I had gotten the full amount anyway. I refilled it today, and both my husband and I noted that the refill had a lot more in the bottle than the previous time I got the medication, so I had definitely been shorted. I asked my physician to send the script to a different pharmacy next time.

There was this pharmacist who works overnight named Megan who was ABSOLUTELY disrespectful this week to not only me, but some of the customers who were also in line. She would shout at customers left and right, and because of this, some of the customers decided to leave the line and one stated that he would "take his medication to another pharmacy." I cannot believed what I've witnessed, this is truly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I would rate it zero starts if I could.

Rudest customer service ever! Traffic was backed up to the street. Had to wait almost an hour in line through drive thru. Then told the medication for my son wasn't even going to be ready for another 30min. Another customer in the second lane was waiting almost an hour in the drive thru as well. Apparently had issues with the pharmacist giving her medication, and they told her to call her insurance. Like seriously?? People need there prescriptions to get better. Both of us were very upset and had to wait patiently. We weren't going to leave until we got our medication. They threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. Claimed we were trespassing cause we didn't wanna give up our place in line. This location seriously needs to be shut down or have certain employees fired. DO NOT GO HERE!!...unless you enjoy waiting an eternity in line and have rude employees tell you leave without your prescription.
