Walgreen in Woodbury having great 24 /7 service and always doing their best to help their customers.

This is the least helpful, most inefficient pharmacy I have ever experienced. I wanted to transfer a prescription to an out of state Walgreen's. I waited to speak to a pharmacist for 15 minutes, only to have the call disconnect. When I finally got to speak to a real person, she was rude, unhelpful and abrupt. I would recommend that you transfer to a different pharmacy and leave Walgreens.

Good folks here but just too many people... long wait times inside n out and trying to get through the phone is dreadfully long n sometimes none existant. Switch to another farther walgreens down the road n it's night n day service obviously fewer people there...

Recently made an in store purchase trying to get the stores advertised products.
Buy 3 of a certain count PG brand get $3 register rewards back. It didn’t print. We double checked the brand and count to make sure they were the right product. They were.
So the very nice worker called someone over. He (young man) had to be the rudest person to work with. I explained the deal. Showed him the Walgreens App listing of the weekly add and he told me to SHOW him the deal in a loud tone. As there are no paper adds in store I showed him the Walgreens App again, but he was looking for a coupon. I told him I wasn’t using a coupon, but getting the three items listed in the stores add. I did what the stores add told me to buy.
I understand $3 back doesn’t seem like a lot but when you’re buying toilet paper to literally throw away. It adds up.
It sucked to be talked to so rudely when I was just following the stores policy to earn reward money back to use again in THIER store!

I refuse to go here anymore. The wait for the pharmacy in and outside of the store is ridiculously long every time I go. I had surgery and waited 2 hours at the store parking lot for them to fill my pain and nausea medications. After the one hour mark, my husband went to the pharmacy counter and politely asked for an expedited refill, (since I was puking in the car and not well) they refused and were rude in their response. Don't even bother. There are so many other Walgreens with better service.

Crazy wait times, over an hour just to pick of my prescription. Never returning to this Walgreens again, both understaffed and rude employees.

Consumer warning - Worst service (no one really cares) and I have spoken to most of the pharmacists at this store. I have a prescription with Walgreens that refills monthly and every month I spend upwards of 10 hours trying to get it refilled at the correct price. These delays often resulted in going without medication for days at a time, causing physical problems when I got back on it. If you have not attempted to get your prescriptions elsewhere, I highly suggest you try CostCo pharmacy. I was on the phone with Costco for 10 minutes and problem solved. You only need to call and they will take care of transferring everything over for you. I am done with all things Walgreens only sorry that I did not look for an alternative sooner.

If I could give negative stars I would. No one should ever go to this location ever, and I will never go to a Walgreens again
I'm writing to inform this store leadership team that both my family and I will never be returning to your location regardless of any needs. This morning I came thru the drive-up pharmacy twice and in both instances was given attitude, snarkiness, rudeness, and customer service that would not be acceptable to any person. Outside of my control I had multiple perscriptions that were cancelled (they may not have been systematically, I'm not entirely sure because BOTH Cub Foods nor Walgreens could articulate the issue to me) at Cub Foods and sent to Walgreens. I waited in line at Walgreens and was met by a window attendent who all she said was "NAME!" I gave her my information. After she pulled up what she was looking for on the computer her response was "We cant fill, these were already filled on 1/27". I started to explain what had taken place and before I could get more than 3 words out, she stated "contact Cub, nothing I can do for you, we have a line waiting, move so I can help the next person". Frustrated, but knowing people can have crappy days, I then went back to Cub Foods, told them what I was told and they stated they had "cancelled it out or system, there is no reason why they can't fill the perscription". By this point I'm really upset, but not at any one person or location because I don't know what they are seeing on their screens. I then go back to Walgreens and there are several cars in front of me. The first car was at the window for ~10-15+ minutes, the next three went relatively quickly (2-3 minutes each). I get up to the window and it's a new person (male), He yells hurriedly "Sorry for the wait, name?" I then tried to explain what had occurred and his response was "I don't care, name, we have 6 people in line here and cars behind you..." I give him my name and he pulls up the system and says the same thing the first woman stated "contact Cub, nothing we can do as this was filled". I tried again to explain and he said "oh yea, I guess we can fill this..." At least I was happy that the perscriptions could be filled. He said, "move along and we will have them for you later today". I said, "no I would like to wait here because I was here roughly an hour ago, the person in front of me was in line for at least 10-15 minutes". His response "You can leave or I'll have my manager call the police". I said I would prefer to wait and he slammed his fists down on the counter. Then another woman (I'm assuming the manager, but have no idea came over "you need to leave the polive are being call". Not asking what happened, what took place, why I was asking/needing the perscription (anyone that has not had their effexor medication for >36 hours can attest to how awful it makes you feel). I then tried to explain, and she then said "leave now, or else...". At this point I was truly pissed and said "cancel the Fing order" (which come to find out also didn't happen after contacting my medical team) as I had already spent well over an hour at Walgreens in line (which I understand and accept) and was given less than 30 seconds of total attention or assistance.
I know this will most likely fall on deaf ears, as obviously this location is very busy and Walgreens as a whole is a billion dollar company, but this was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I've never taken the time (positive or negative) to write any company about an experience, but felt compelled to in this instance because of how absolutely awful this location communicated with me and their lack of respect, ability to effectively communicate and frankly lack of even to try and listen/care for the customer was wild. Again, I know it doesn't m

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. They don't have proper staff or staff that know what they are doing. I waited in line for an hour to pick up a prescription that had already been filled. That's how slow and understaffed they are. It takes almost ten minutes for one person to make it through the line. They are so slow and understaffed that they can't even answer their phones. If you need to talk to someone, you will wait on the phone for forever without ever actually talking to someone. The pharmacy needs to be managed differently because this is total nonsense.
