Photo department is horrible. The guy working was standing talking to the other employees when I came to the kiosk. My order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before I got there. He told me he still hadn’t gotten to it… had to wait another 20 minutes.

Used to have problems with this pharmacy but they have improved their service so much. Pharmacist is awesome!

Takes 2 weeks to get my prescription!! And half the time when I receive it, it is the wrong drug!! Save yourself, a lot of aggravation, and go someplace else!

If 0 stars were an option, that's what this review would be. Rude employees. Prescriptions are never ready on time. There's always a line and everything is so slow. Don't bother calling unless you have a half hour+ to sit on hold. Wish I could say this was based off a one-time trip, but this is after 3 years of relying upon this location for prescriptions.

Very poor and unprofessional customer services.There was no line ,I was there by window to pick up medication at 8:00pm. The med was sent in in the morning at 11:30am. At 8:00pm, it was not ready. At first I was told they did not receive it, when I push it more , I was told it's not ready and will need 20min which wasn't ready all day.

Picking up a prescription here is a chore which can be understandable, but the attitude of the pharmacist leave tremendous room to be desired. I normally wouldn’t even take the time to write a negative review but it needed to be said, given it’s been a horrible experience more than once. Do better as a local pharmacy here in Woodbury.

This pharmacy will not fill your prescription unless you show up in person and say you need it soon. Once you do that, you’ll be lucky to get it any way. If you can reach anyone on the phone the staff is rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs

AVOID THIS PLACE unless you have time to make several visits or wait a long time for your prescriptions. If you send a prescription here, you physically need to come here and get it in the board and wait for it or you won't be getting your prescription any time soon.

Update: I am still waiting. We are close to a 10 day wait.They got my prescription almost a week ago. It is still in the received status.The staff that answered the phone were rude, perhaps they should have said, “we are sorry we are working on things and we will get back to you as soon as possible. “Most hold calls went for a very long time (over 20 minutes) with “there are at least 3 calls ahead of you” verbiage the entire wait time. I gave up. My continuous improvement training would tell me these are conditions for errors to be made.

Worst pharmacy to pick up meds ever. They keep switching dates consistently. Felt like I've been lied too. If you say it's on a specific date, let it be on that day. If there were errors, call or text me. Don't beat around the bush.

Severely understaffed especially with the pharmacist and tech shortage due to this they're behind on scripts to fill and not enough time/people to do it. Vaccine season has only applied more pressure, please be kind and wait the wait time, there isn't a wait time just because they want to tell you there's one. You can tell they're doing their absolute best.

The customer service in the pharmacy was horrible. I was postpartum a c section, had just got out of the hospital. I called ahead of time to ensure my prescription would be done as soon as I had left the hospital. When I arrived I was told it would take 45 minutes, I couldn’t wait that long with a newborn in the car and still having pain from being only a couple days postpartum. The gal in the pharmacy gave me such an issue and actually started yelling at me and arguing with me while I had my newborn in the car, and made me cry. The manager stepped in to help me and I drove off before he could finish describing the medicine/side effects because of how upset I was. Truly a customer service experience I will never forget.

The pharmacy staff is so rude at the Woodbury Queens Location. This will be the first & last time I will use Walgreens for prescription pick up., which means I will not go out of my way to shop here.

Ryan is a 4-5 star pharmacist and manager at the woodbury walgreens on queens ave . When he is working EVERYTHING flows according to how a pharmacy should flow! He fills Rx's accurately, but also with speed and profiency. He understands how a pharmacy should run. Elise and Katie are also very good at this location! I do have to say that it is very discouraging that it seems like covid injections have taken over and disturbed the pharmacy's ability to keep up. I will remain loyal to this location due to their professionalism, and kindness. Thank you Ryan!!! Kathy Notaro A long time customer

My meds are almost never on time and I have them refill monthly, yet I still need to call to even get them ready for me. It takes about 30-45mins to even reach someone through their phone system.
