The Walgreens pharmacy is the worst ever. I have been to Walgreens in Minnesota and in Oregon. They all are rude, lazy and lie when they say they are ready. But you end up waiting at the store. Difficult for shipping. I can’t drive. My insurance is in their network. It’s always like this.

Don't go to this pharmacy--it is way understaffed. Not the fault of the people working there. They are very nice. But there are just not enough people. Walgreens should really just close this pharmacy. It's ridiculous.

This is the WORST service I've ever had. It takes multiple days to get ANYTHING filled, and when you pick it up it's wrong, not ready, or something else. This time it took 3 days to get a prescription filled, while I suffered. Then, when I go to pick it up it's not ready. Then she grabs the wrong one. Then she finds the right one and asks me if it's correct. THAT'S HER JOB TO KNOW IF IT'S CORRECT!!!! Your people are terrible at their job. I WILL be finding another pharmacy. You people SUCK.

AVOID THIS PLACE unless you have time to make several visits or wait a long time for your prescriptions. If you send a prescription here, you physically need to come here and get it in the board and wait for it or you won't be getting your prescription any time soon.

Worst pharmacy to pick up meds ever. They keep switching dates consistently. Felt like I've been lied too. If you say it's on a specific date, let it be on that day. If there were errors, call or text me. Don't beat around the bush.

Ryan is a 4-5 star pharmacist and manager at the woodbury walgreens on queens ave . When he is working EVERYTHING flows according to how a pharmacy should flow! He fills Rx's accurately, but also with speed and profiency. He understands how a pharmacy should run. Elise and Katie are also very good at this location! I do have to say that it is very discouraging that it seems like covid injections have taken over and disturbed the pharmacy's ability to keep up. Zero star if we could give. I went to pickup another medication that my OBGYN doctor prescribed. The pharmacy lady asked if I was pregnant before she can give me my meds. I said no. And thought why is she even asking when she's not my doctor? AND this was ANOTHER REFILL that my doctor prescribed. So wth?Then I showed her a coupon because who wants to even pay that much for your meds. She even had the audacity to ask what's my insurance through. I said it's through my work. But obviously I'm using a coupon that takes % off. She mumbles something about how the "states" doesn't like something using whatever she said. Through all my prescribed meds pick ups, I have NEVER EVER encountered such idiocy. Where a staff "tries to" not honor it. But it didn't stop me. I said that though all my visits, all staff have honored the coupons. So she did eventually entered in the coupon I had. At this point I am very annoyed with her work ethics. It felt as if she wanted me to pay FULL PRICE for my medications.I try to give this place a chance. But I will choose a different pharmacy.Last time through the drive through, they forgot to give me back my debit card. And I noticed it right away and went back to the drive thru. And asked if they had my debit card that had flowers designed on it. The chick said no. Then moments later into the evening they called back saying that have my debit card. At that point I just canceled my debit card and got a new one.Avoid this place if you can. Even if it's convenient/nearby. Unprofessional work ethics. I've only encountered maybe just ONE nice employee.

Terrible pharmacy. Prescription is never filled on time, and if you want to check on the status of your prescription, plan on 30 minutes on hold just to speak to someone. Even picking up a prescription can take up to an hour standing in line. I've heard nearly all Walgreens are like this now.

I wish I could give less stars. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS it took 2 days for them to fill a prescription.Don't bother calling because they will not pick up.They may also struggle to enter your insurance information and may tell you it doesn't work every though every other Walgreens has no issue. True bottom of the barrel service I wish this was not the closest Walgreens to my house

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Service is horrible, they never refill your prescriptions on time. I’ve gone through withdrawal because they were so lazy and didn’t fill my meds until 2 weeks after it was due ! They will say your medication is in progress for 2 weeks and when you go to pick it up it’s never ready and you have to wait an hour. Don’t even bother going here

They take over a week to complete a prescription. Waited on hold over 20 minutes to talk to someone. When talking to the person atthe drive through they are very rude and just rolled their eyes at me when I said I would wait for my prescription that I had called in a week ago

Unfortunately I cannot do negative stars, so 1 will have to do. If you order medication from the pharmacy expect to wait an additional 20-40 minutes after they tell you the medication is ready, because they will forget to work on your order until you show up to pick up. When you are checking out make sure to keep a close eye on the register because many of the "sales" are not input into the register and will not apply the discount you are expecting. DO NOT attempt to order delivery from this location. They did not deliver half of the items I ordered, and when I called to inquire they told me it's not their fault and to call Door dash (this was placed on Walgreens.com, not Door Dash). They refused to provide the items and then refused to refund me. The employees are very rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The store is dirty and unstocked. The general manager was made aware of my request for a refund on my missing items and refused to speak with me, had to speak with corporate to get it settled.

Karen, the store manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because there was a very long line and only one cashier at the front and no line at the photo pickup and I had only one item, I asked if I could check out there. She told me to wait in the other line, that she'd had two people call in sick, it was right before Christmas, and "if you don't like it, you can get the hell out of my store." Never in my 62 1/2 years have I been treated so discourteously by a retailer. I worked in retail myself for years as a youth, and wouldn't even think of speaking to a customer in that manner. Who can I complain to? This was the store manager! I will NEVER shop at that Walgreen's again!

My home away from home. I get lost in that place. Time gets away n then I'm in twouble lol
