Usually, it is 1.5 hours to answer a phone call, and even two days after a prescription is sent in, they don't start filling it until you stop by or call - so it is never easy to get in one visit.

I would give it no stars if I could. You'll end up standing in line for an hour to pick up medications

Horrible pharmacy, as seen by bad reviews. How can medication be in progress for a week? Wish my wife would switch to CVS like I did, much better.

Horrible experience!!! Please don’t use this pharmacy if you care about your own health or that of your loved ones. They will treat you poorly, lose and be unable to fill perscriptions. Not just the pharmacy but the front checker openly complains about working there and once tried to guilt trip me on a nice day because they had to work. Been going here 8 years since it’s close to home but never again.

This is absolutely the worst drugstore you could ever imagine slow and they never have the stuff that they say they do when you get a hold of them

Do NOT use this Walgreens if you need your medication in a timely fashion or like to be treated as a valued customer. Spent 2 hours on hold trying to get answers about a prescription. When the system hung up on me I called back and spoke to the “Manager”, James. James proceeded to tell me that this was “very common” and if I needed to speak to someone in the pharmacy when it’s busy I should come in person. Yes, it’s my fault for expecting a customer service based business to pick up the phone in less than an hour. Terrible customer service, untrained staff behind the counter, and management who are so stressed about how far behind they are that they put the onus on you. A great example of poor management.

Do not go get your medication filled here. You will be extremely disappointed. I recently switched to CVS and have been more happy with the wait times. Also I have had my meds filled at Cub Foods before in Woodbury and there was no one in line!! Every time I have ever gotten my medicine from Walgreens, there has been at least 5 people in line and it usually takes between 5-15 minutes per person to receive their medication so lines do not move fast. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with your medications!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. After my prescription gets sent, they don’t start actually working on it until I call them and tell them I need my medicine. Many times I can’t even get through to them on the phone and have to go inside the store JUST to tell them to start working on my prescription. At which point I have to wait another 1-2 hours to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy.

One long wait and prescription unavailability after a call to confirm prior happens. Two days in a row is inappropriate

While the staff here is pleasant, there arent enough. Spending hours in urgent care is bad enough, but then to spend hours waiting for a medication is frustrating. Even the line to get told it wont be ready takes 30 minutes or more.

I was given less than the full amount of a liquid medication, so I ran out more than a week early. When I called to refill, I was told I could not refill it until exactly 90 days after I had gotten the medication, even though I had run out. The pharmacist was actually nasty, accusing me of taking extra doses (I did not) and accusing me of not knowing how to draw up a ml; I've been a RN for more than 40 years, I know how to draw up a medication. It actually had printed on the label that a partial refill was available, which means I hadn't gotten the full amount, but the pharmacist insisted that I had gotten the full amount anyway. I refilled it today, and both my husband and I noted that the refill had a lot more in the bottle than the previous time I got the medication, so I had definitely been shorted. I asked my physician to send the script to a different pharmacy next time.

The pharmacist was very rude, I called corporate and have a complaint going. I was actually left speechless with the lack respect.
