Was not happy. Had many conversations with the District Manager on starting up my potential business account. Was going to potentially have 6 lines but wanted to be sure that the appointment would go smooth. They were aware of what all paperwork WOULD be needed I was told. I was told by workers leading up only a tax I.D.. Then was told we might need another piece of documentation which I provided but at the end of the day spent an hour in store just to be told they needed additional documentation that even the District manager didn't tell me to bring. Had multiple people take off work to try and have all parties there. I made sure to try and have everything set up to insure a quick and easy process. Even told the D.M. this was my goal and I wanted to take every step to make sure. That said, day of there was very little direction from in store associate to keep us in the loop as we started. They seemed ill prepared even though the appt was set in advance. Lastly, upon expressing my displeasure with the process after the fact... excuses were given. "Things can be unpredictable." I was told. "Sorry you didn't have a good experience." Even the district manager didn't try to come to a resolution for me or make things right. Verizon lost a rather large potential client due to just poor customer service. However, if I was just told to bring in every document that I had, and those potential necessary documents were given in their entirety, I could have had them. "A Tax I.d. is all you need" promise I got out of the gate was false, I went through a process for no reason and people missed work for nothing. I would hope everyone would go to a corporate store and potentially find better help.

My family came in to switch over our phone lines (and upgrade to new models) and also ended up switching our internet over and upgrading an iPad. Took some time to get all our data switched over from our old devices, but Charlie and Billy were possibly the best guides we could have asked for!

I’d leave a 0 star but it wouldn’t let me I went in to this store over by the Sam’s club in Woodbury at 4:25 on 3/29/30 try to solve a a payment issue with an account that belonged to my dead uncle and change the account or set up a new account for his girlfriend the guy working kept playing on his computer wasn’t interested in helping or trying to set up an account told me it had to be done online than got pissy stormed off after saying he didn’t have to help asked his name and told me non of your business I’m never considering doing business with Verizon if that’s how there employees act

During a recent interaction with Charlie, I sought assistance with acquiring a new phone. Upon requesting help, Charlie informed me that he was unable to assist and advised me to seek help at a different location. While I understand that not all requests can be accommodated on the spot, the guidance provided felt dismissive and lacked effort in exploring potential solutions or offering interim support until I could get to the recommended location. This experience left me feeling unsupported and inconvenienced, as it delayed my process and added an extra step to resolve my issue. A more engaging and solution-oriented approach, even if direct assistance wasn’t possible, would have been greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in my experience. I definitely recommend going to any location but this one!

Very poor customer service. Was transferred and on hold multiple times. Had to call back three times. Even the customer service survey did not work.

My first visit here was excellent. We received prompt service, and the associate was able to help me pick out a new phone without feeling any sales pressure. There were several other customers that came in while we were transferring a phone to a plan, and everyone received great service while we were there.I went back to this store to pock up my phone a few days later anticipating the same quality of service. Wrong. A different associate was at the store this time. Couldn't stop talking long enough to say anything. Then came the hidden fees and upsells. I told him twice I didn't want him to do the Smart Switch service, but he began it anyway. Then tried to bill me for it. He got pretty quiet and evasive when I asked for details on the amount before swiping my card. He did refund a portion of it and offered discounts on the accessories that he was trying to upsell, but I was pretty well done with this behavior.After all this, the phone still isn't activated. I'll need to return (to a different store) to complete the process properly.

1/2023Scratch my original review. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with any retail company ever. I won’t blame Verizon because this is an Authorized Dealer not a corporate store. It’s ran by Victra. The reps here are just incompetent. These crooks will take every dime they can. They screwed me over on my trade in and changed my plans with out consent. Removed me from a legacy plan that’s no longer available. Their response was to call Verizon because they couldn’t fix. I even have emailed receipts where the rep forged my signature. They don’t tell you either. That they charge $39.99 to transfer your phones when you get a new one. That involved just hitting a few buttons and bam. $40 bucks down the drain into their pockets. Avoid this store by all means. The one in Radio isn’t better but they might be slightly less worse. 1 star is too high for this place. You’ve been warned.

If i could give 0 stars I would. First things first, when I signed up for Two iphones and two watches i would told my bill would be $185 a month. I was told this THREE days in a row. I even have it written on paper by two different associates. I get my first bill, perfect $185.72. I get my second bill $456.89. I get my third bill, $256.72. I get my fourth bill $236.72. Every time I come in there are ZERO customers and get told by a sitting employee “Oh yeah i dont know what happened your phone plan should be $185 i cant fix anything until my manager is here” Its like how many times do i have to come here and get my bill altered? There is NOTHING worse then a company and employees who LIE and SCAM a BRAND NEW customer. I will NEVER recommend this phone company and this store location to anyone. So disappointed and dissatisfied considering im a mom of 3 children and 6 months pregnant if they would have told me before i signed anything it would be $250 phone bill I would have ran for the hills because that is RIDICULOUS.

I’d recommend going to the store on the other side of town. Employees at this location said they couldn’t assist me & I needed to call. I go into the other store in woodbury and they were able to get me a new phone and setup in less than an hour. They were unable to explain why this store couldn’t assist me.
