Charlie did a great job working us through both of our iPhone upgrades. Everything is working great and the process was very smooth.

My family came in to switch over our phone lines (and upgrade to new models) and also ended up switching our internet over and upgrading an iPad. Took some time to get all our data switched over from our old devices, but Charlie and Billy were possibly the best guides we could have asked for!
