I received wonderful customer service from the Currell Blvd US Post Office in Woodbury MN today. Staff went above and beyond my expectations to assist with a complicated situation until it was resolved. Definitely a 5-star facility!

Won't print labels off of eBay. Won't tape labels to box. What a joke. Go to UPS/FEDEX instead. No wonder the USPS is failing miserably

Always polite and very helpful. I filed a missing mail report and that was handled throughly. I received a phone call advising me of the situation. FIVE STARS FROM ME.

I know the. Postal workers are under pressure at this time of year. They are understaffed. Given That And the long lines - they continue to be helpful and efficient. I would be really grumpy if I had to deal with some of the.people who they have to deal with who aren’t prepared with The stuff they need and are just not nice

It's my fault that the carrier placed my package into someone else's mailbox, and it now is my issue to file a claim. While it was their mistake. Furthermore, the customer service is disgustingly horrible. How are they going to call me about my missing package and to tell me they will call back to update me? Never heard from them again. I called them back for an update and was asked to repeat myself 5 times. Took me two weeks of phone tag just to be told they messed up and they can't do anything. Thanks, USPS.

I can see why this post office has a low rating. HORRIBLE location!I can’t begin to describe how disappointed and disgusted this post office conducts business. I opened a PO Box 10 days ago, and today I had a packaged that was delivered to it. In addition, oddly enough I have not received one piece of mail yet. As I was waiting and tracking this package from FedEx, I received an email that my package was denied and sent it back “return to sender”. Not more than an hour has gone by and I went to have a conversation with them, in hopes I was still able to retrieve my package and understand why my mail is not being delivered. Turns out, she states to me that they have not updated the PO Boxes because “they haven’t gotten around to doing those yet”This is beyond unprofessional conduct. Where is the management oversight? The postmaster will be receiving a formal complaint.

I am sorry to post this, but we were on vacation for a week- had our mail held at post office for pick-up as thought it would be safest... well, came back to an opened graduation card to my daughter-with the $50 missing (called family to verify there was money in card)... since it was a simple letter and not certified and obviously no way of proving that it was $50 inside, we are out of luck. So lesson learned, never send cash and don't leave mail at post-office as is not safe there either.... So sad, Woodbury post office.

The staff was nice when an honest mistake was made with a package delivery. They had retrieved the package and delivered it to my house before I got home from the post office. Huge thanks to the supervisor and the driver for rectifying the issue so quickly.

The tellers are so rude here. I've been here a dozen times and always left annoyed. They seem to go out of their way to belittle the customer. They would make Louis DeJoy proud.

Amazing service and super nice employees. I accidentally sent an online package to my neighbor’s and they returned it to this post office. Staff was so kind and helped me find it!

The Woodbury postal carrier and service is terrible, they already know that though because they just pass the blame. Several missing pieces, rude customer service, and downright illegal practices.

I like the self service option but always have a good experience with the clerks. Its a hard job and we are lucky to have them. Appreciate your postal workers. If you think you can do better, I see they sre hiring. Sincerely, the daughter of a postal employee.
