Waited in the drive thru line for 26 min. That’s 26 min with no one in front of me, at the actual speaker! 3 different tellers came to the window. Last one said there are big lines. There were 4 cars in the lot, they must have been sky diving in. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. Go elsewhere

Went in on a busy Friday to deposit a check. No line, walked right up to the counter, friendly person greeted me, asked me about my day and welcomed me to the area after they found out I just moved. It took a while for the check to clear, but the agent made it go fast and enjoyable experience. So glad to have a great friendly branch so close!

Don't go here! This is one of the worst banks for customer service! I have been sitting in their driveway to make a deposit. There was 1 customer in the lane next to me. They keep the shade lowered so you can't see inside. I called for help 4 times before getting help. It has been 15 minutes! They don't tell you what is going on just keep the shade down!

I've used this branch for years and have seen really positive changes recently. The branch is updated, has the new smart ATMs, and two recent appointments have had no wait and friendly, helpful service. The parking lot is a bit small, but that's because of the location. There's sometimes a line during peak hours, but it has gone quickly the last few times I've been there.

Unhelpful staff behind counter. I’ve had an account here for years but when I asked for a service was told I needed an appointment. I said no, I would just go to another bank. Then someone already sitting there said she would be able to help.

Went to this bank yesterday and went inside to do my deposits because I had quite a few of them. I had my one year old with me and didn’t realize I was a few minutes early, no problem, we just waited outside. One of the women working opened the door a couple minutes early to wait inside because she saw I had a one year old with me. She didn’t need to do this, but I thought it was just so kind. The woman who helped me with my deposits was so sweet and patient with me and my son. Simple kindness goes a long way these days. Take care of these genuine employees!

automated phone system that rings 3 times, then a message saying they may be busy and hangs up on you. The only way to make an appointment with someone is to go in, make the appointment, and come back later.

Hello. To all the post covid impatient people - Give those customer service people a break! They are all doing the absolute best that they can. Today my experience was over the top and to the moon then back again. Barb did a fabulous job and I was running late but she worked with me. Smile on her face the entire time. She did not give up until my request was fulfilled. She could have given me a quick dismissal and I would not have been able to argue it. She was attentive, responsive and so very helpful. Good job USBANK for snatching her up! I seriously thought about offering her a job. Thank you again, Barb!!

This bank needs to sort out their business. The drive thru service is horrible and you will end up waiting 20-30 minutes for a simple deposit. I do not understand why they do this and it’s very disappointing because it is a good bank.
