I have dealing with vitiligo on my face for long time and I have tried numerous products for various well-known stores, but none ever truly work for me. That changed when I went to Ulta Woodbury. Two wonderful associates, Brenda and Jordyn, spend nearly an hour helping me find the rigth products, and they didn't stop until they had perfectly cover my spots. The level of care and attention they provided was outstanding make me feel value and understood as a customer. I can't recommend Ulta in Woodbury and this two dedicated employees enough.

Very disappointing experience at the Ulta salon. I arrived for my appointment on time, waited 25 minutes after checking in and then was told (after I inquired) that my stylist was mid-foil with another client, likely another 30+ more minutes. Unfortunately the service was for a style for family photos and I was unable to wait an hour past my appointment my time.

Sunniva is a master artist with hair!! She went above and beyond and turned my hair back to its youthful color and texture. She is super knowledgeable and patient and takes time to understand what you need.
Great job Sunniva!!! I will be back!

I was going to buy a $600 Dyson hairdryer. Since it was so expensive, I wanted it as much money off as I could get. The employee told me that I could get 20% off if I applied for a credit card. I said would I get the 20% off whether I am approved or not and she said yes. I did not want to apply for the card without getting the discount because it brings down my credit on my credit report and I’m trying to apply for a car. So I applied for the credit card and they say they need more information and they would not give me the 20% off that I was promised before I applied for the card.

A quick note to say how much I love the team at Ulta Woodbury at Tamarack Village. I told Amos today that Tiffany, Janis and Summer are amazing. They always make me feel so welcome. I moved here about a year ago from Dallas where I had my hair done at Ulta Dallas Park Lane with Lexi for almost 10 years or more. Lexi transferred all my deets to Tiffany and I have felt so cared for since I got here. The transition was seamless. Tiffany is amazing at what she does. She’s always helpful and honest when I have new ideas about my hair. I trust her completely and love her company. Nice work Ulta team!

went into the Ulta store in Woodbury, Minnesota today with a lot of questions for my 68 year old aging skin. Sweet, precious Brenda spent an enormous amount of time with me. She listened to my concerns, she helped me with various products until I was satisfied with each and every one of her final recommendations. More important to me than her great customer service was the sweet interaction we had. I was blessed to have met Brenda today. And I truly mean that.

Emily was phenomenal to work with. She was empathetic and understanding towards my skin-care concerns and advised me towards the best products for me. She made my experience at ulta much more enjoyable and I left feeling confident and excited with my purchases.I will definitely be back to this location

Well staffed, friendly, helpful. Terrific return policy. Girlfriend had Clinique makeup tryout. Well lit store.A wide variety of shampoos and other hair care products and prices seemed competitive with other online sources.Note that the men's selection is quite small, though frankly expected, based on the type of store.They had plenty of cashiers working the front and they helped check out quickly.

Had exactly what I was looking for. They have lots of great stuff! It's not just for woman. There's body care(which men need to do too) as well as cologne, not just perfumes. At least at this location for having cologne. I like the calmness and none overbearing staff, another ulta I've been to they kind of hover you. For what I was looking for specifically was well stocked, it's not surprising when you find empty spots at ultas but it happens. Overall good experience pretty easy to find what you need plus staff is there to help.
