Have shopped Trader Joe's over 20 years in L.A., Central, Minnesota, and Madison. Love their selection - very sad they stopped the Chicken Chili Verde Burritos (very sad face).

I love Trader Joe's in general because they have a good variety of food, generally for really good prices. A majority of the food is Trader Joe's brand, so you won't find, for example, bagels that aren't TJs brand, but that's not usually an issue. The staff are generally very helpful, and it's usually easy to find someone for assistance. I use a wheelchair, so I often ask staff to grab items high on a shelf for me, and they're always willing to drop what they're doing and grab what I asked about, and make sure I'm doing well and don't need any other help at the moment. I use a wheelchair and have a seat vice dog, and they're all very respectful of my service dog (not distracting her or interacting with her) and me (just quick brief questions about her breed usually, and comments about her being pretty, well behaved, etc) which I greatly appreciate since that's not the norm we encounter in most other stores. I usually have someone carry my groceries out and put them in my car for me, and again, they're always happy and willing to run groceries outside for me. The staff in general is always helpful and polite, checking out if a product is available if I can't find it and locating it or telling me if it's on backorder, for example.
My main issue with the store is that the layout is confusing - the locations of certain products are not always where I would logically put them and/or are spread out across a long shelf and then around a corner, for a example, so I sometimes end up looping back around to search for something.
Accessibility-wise from a wheelchair perspective: There's a good number of accessible parking stalls though none have hashes on both sides, which works best for me for unloading and loading a service dog, wheelchair, and then groceries, but if you go late in the evening the accessible parking isn't usually super full so it's easier to end up with hashes on one side and an empty parking spot in the other side. There are medians with mulch and plants near the accessible parking which work well for relieving a service dog (and TJs has a trashcan out front for disposing of any poop bags).
In the store, the aisles between produce displays is a bit narrow, so that can be tricky to navigate in a manual wheelchair plus with a service dog (possibly more difficult if you use a power chair). Otherwise the aisles are a decent size for a manual chair with a service dog next to it, and there's plenty of space in front of the displays around the edges of the store. Some of the rolls of produce bags are too far away or in awkward spots to grab them. Reaching high up items or items in the back of the freezer displays can be hard, but there's usually staff or a helpful customer willing to grab items. Staff are happy to help lift items from a basket or cart for me when I checkout, and usually ask the best way to bag items (like, would two bags half full be better than one bag that's totally full, for lifting and unpacking when I get home) and if I need assistance bringing bags out to the car.

The staff were very nice and helpful when they went to check on an item that was out of stock. They let us know when they would have the item back in stock too. Thanks!

Hit or miss on when it's busy. Someday it's so busy your cart to cart. Someday it's not so busy. We like this one has what we need.
