My brother who has Parkinson's disease bought a mattress at your place and has had nothing but problems with it. We have talked to several people about it. They brought out a one inch piece of foam and put it the bed after checking it out and he still can't get a good night's sleep. Now they want him to return it and they will take it apart and see if they can find anything wrong while he goes with no bed and if they don't find anything he is out a $1100.00 mattress. This is outrageous. This has been going on for almost a year and between running for his Dr appts and all this it's unacceptable. Never do business with your company again.

My wife was having hip issues and thought that a new bed might be the answer. We did our research before comparison shopping. Our experience with the sales person was excellent and I can't speak good about the delivery. They can provide product much faster than others because these beds are made to order right here. Also, the value is absolutely exceptional. My wife's hip feels better and we are both very happy now.

A place where they're able to explain why you should buy here & it doesn't sound like marketing script. They make 'em - foam vs steel? No Brainer. No sleep number because that is BS. Price competitive. Not a giant corporation. Yeah did & very happy. PS there're mattress fold in half (who knew) can fit in SUV etc.

I've had my Original Mattress Factory for over 10 years. Great mattress. Love it. I would not have bought a new mattress yet because mine is still extremely comfortable.However, the mattresses in my guest bedrooms were destroyed. I didn't seriously consider going anywhere else.The manager in Woodbury was great and low-key. Gave me info on my options.I bought the exact same king mattress set since I'm going to use the new one and put my old one in one guest room.Got a slightly less expensive queen mattress since it won't be used often, but it was also very comfortable.Their mattresses are still very reasonable. The king set had only gone up $2-300. And the quality is great.The delivery guys were efficient and pleasant. They moved my old mattress to my guest room.Highly recommend.

I bought the “softest” mattress they sell unfortunately it’s very firm and now I’m stuck with a mattress I hate. This is the most expensive mistake I’ve ever made. They don’t offer refunds by the way.To answer the response I just received:The only solution you gave was to purchase another mattress and you have an entire store of firm to extra firm mattresses, unless you’re going to refund me than no you can’t help me.

We chose Original Mattress Factory because they make their product close to home. We visited the Woodbury store with a particular mattress, the Serenity, in mind. Dale was very helpful and informative, showing us a variety of mattresses and explaining the different materials. We chose the serenity. There was a delay in delivery because like every other business their materials were stuck in place for a while. I spoke with the manager, Mark, a few times and he was very cordial in explaining the delays and the number of orders ahead of ours. Our mattress was delivered on Monday, November 29th by two very nice gentlemen. We love the mattress. I woke up on Tuesday morning and for the first time in several years I did not have a backache. The mattress is very comfortable and we enjoyed working with the staff at OMF. I highly recommend them and their product.

They said minimum delivery time is one week!! Though the mattress have a wide range of design and price, if you are in urgency, its not a good place. Though I liked the mattresses.

Outstanding customer service. Had to request a change in delivery date, no problem, very accommodating. Called day b/4 with deliver time, right on time. Two young men were very professional and efficient. I could find nothing bad about this experience. Highly recommend.

Great mattresses and box springs sets, reasonably priced, nice management, they will work with your delivery schedule as much as possible, each bed is built for the customer so no one else has laid down on it
