I will never step foot in this Target again! One of the staff members was so rude for absolutely no reason. I had not even spoke before he let his toxic hate spew forth. I’m sure I’m not the first person and I definitely won’t be the last he is nasty to. I feel sorry for people who work with him it must be awful knowing you have to work with this guy.

I had gone to this location today, and was looking for a reasonably priced floor fan for my room, they had a nice variety and they were affordable.

I needed to get some ear buds that I needed for work. Granted I know it was 9:30 when I walked into this target but it says they don't close till 10pm. Doesn't that mean I should of been able to get some kind of help till 10pm? I stood in the electronics area for 20 min trying to get help, at one point I even yelled out "HELLO?," and that was after 2 people walked by me and I tried asking them for help. They both looked at me and took off down an aisle quick. No one ever came to help me and I wasn't able to get the ear buds I needed for work. I'm sorry but if your open hours are till 10pm then I should of been able to get some kind of help durning the 45 min. I was in the store. The People had no problem talking to me right at 10pm when all the lights shut off in the building and they told me I needed to leave And that they were closed.... JUST RIDICULOUS!

Very disappointing bizarre trip to Target yesterday. Dealing with fellow customers is one thing, but dealing with rude or disrespectful staff is another. First, many items were not stocked. Items that should be found in most stores like disposable utensils were not even stocked. Staff behaved rudely and strange. The first staff we ran into asked us if we would like a note pad and to be nice I said yes and she began following us. It appeared she had a wheel spinning game we could participate in but we hadn’t even started shopping yet. As we walked away she began telling herself that she told someone she “would be nice today” which I thought was strange. I really tried to give her an opportunity to explain what she wanted, but she made a joke about following us instead. We also tried to walk past a pushy phone carrier sells person and she was also rude when we told her we are not interested. To put a cherry on top of the entire ordeal, after spending over $500 on groceries before me and my husband left, our cashier began examining our cart to see if we stole anything. Honestly if she would have done that in the first place I wouldn’t not have purchased anything. It’s ironic, because I had gestured my husband to grab some items out of the cart that were small and we almost forgot to put on the rotating belt for the cashier. Instead of our honesty, being perceived accurately, for some reason, something about us made the cashier think we were stealing. I wanted to get out of there so bad. I forgot I even had a gift card to use. It appears that they may have a theft problem by how they have the Ulta section locked up, but being in that section there was not one employee there to help anyone. The only bright spot of that day was there was a helpful woman giving out coffee samples. She gave us a lot of free coffee, and she also helped us find some of the items we were having trouble finding. I’m not sure if it’s just this location with the problem, or if it’s all target locations. But I can say that this trip rubbed me the wrong way enough that I’m gonna probably be taking a break from target for a while. Until this trip, I didn’t realize how often I used target pick up to get some relief from profiling, but I just don’t feel comfortable giving my money to places that criminalize me. At this point, you really might as well go to Walmart, because they have the same, if not more stuff for cheaper prices, and you’re gonna be dealing with the same type of staff and customers honestly.

Hard to find what you want, walked aisles twice and nobody around to help. Went home empty handend. Couldn't find products they once had stocked.

Ridiculous. Girl at coffee shop, waiting at the register, physically walked away and refused to serve me specifically. Wow, rude much. Should be zero to minus stars, but one can not post that way.

Went to this Target this morning and it was difficult to shop because there was restocking happening in nearly every aisle of the grocery section. Normally I am not bothered by this, but when there are multiple people restocking in the same aisle on both sides of the aisle all at the same time and you cannot go past them because there is no room, and they all have a lot of boxes and are not close to finishing, it makes it inconvenient for the shopper. This was the frozen aisle in particular. Yes, I get that frozen things need to be stocked promptly, but to block off the entire aisle? There has to be a better way. Could I have asked them to grab something for me? Yes, but I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and needed to take a look for myself. I just left without getting everything I needed.

I just never have a good experience here. One time had pharmacist throw away my RX after saying it was called into another RX, which is was not. What a mess. And customer service never seems to be fully staffed. And they rarely seem to be in a rush to assist. Staff often doesn’t have the answer to questions. Today I got Matthew at customer service and he was great. Faith restored…. Hopefully.

Extremely rude sales associate and experience in the check out lane. Employee name Muntas provided a very rude experience. She was unwilling to touch certain food items I believe, due to her religion, however, it is a part of the job. She asked that I bag certain items as she was unwilling to touch them, I obliged. However, If that were the case, I would have went to self check out. She also threw the receipt at me in the end didn’t say sorry. I was patient and friendly toward her. Not up to par with my usual target experience.
