Ron and his son went above and beyond. We were having problems with the drain cover popping off when the unit was regenerating. They came out and secured the drain cover so we wouldn't have that issue again. I don't think this was part of what they do but did it anyway. Thanks for going the extra mile!!

I have a system that is barely a year old and already needed a repair. Not only is it new, the service visit was less than 15 min and they still charged me a service fee of $100. I am going to talk with the builder about getting reimbursed, seems unfair.

Ron, his son and another individual came on time to install a water softener and a water filtration system. They finished within 45 minutes. After a small issue that had to be taken care of Ron came back and set both systems. Very pleased with the work. All were very pleasant and courteous.
