I had a pedicure and the lady did such a nice job on my toes, and the message she did on my legs and feet was wonderful! I also had her do a design on my large toes. I love it!!
Specialties: The workers really know what they are doing. The lady that worked on my toes did a fabulous job making a design on my big toes. I get compliments all the time!!

I highly recommend not going to this nail salon! Horrible customer service, the nail techs are rude and will try to aggressively up charge you! I wasn’t satisfied with my gel polish and they’re extremely overpriced!

I have been going to this salon for years for my eyebrow waxing and pedicures, and on occasion a full set. I loved them and always tipped very well. I went in with my 3 year old (Harley) and asked for a pedicure, paint Harley's toes, and gel polish-and was talked into getting a full set, which is fine I don't indulge in doing my finger nails often but it was Harleys birthday. Anyway, it was about 12:05 and asked if they would be able to finish by 1:30 because Harley had an appointment at 2. I was then told that they didn't think I should have her toes painted because she might not sit still, and I said ok because I HAD to get my toes done no matter what. She started with my finger nails and my daughter was sitting in the chair next to mine oooohing and aweeing at my nails asking questions as any 3 year old would. I redirected her twice to sit by my friend and look at all the nail color template things in the basket. She came over to show me the pretty sparkle ones-her words not mine- and the woman doing my nails snatched them out of her hand. So, I gave my daughter my phone to try to redirect her again because she was just about to cry. She noticed all the gems on the over the hand lights and was pointing at them to show them to me. The then scoffed and looked at my friend, and literally said can't you take her out of here and go down to another store? I was super taken back and just wanted to get the he'll outta there. At about 1:35, I was just finishing and she started to add my total on a calculator as she answered the phone. She showed me 180 on the calculator, then I asked wait how much!?, she then retyped
at the calculator and pointed at different things I got done and came out to a total of 180, charging 65 for pedi with gel, 20 for eyebrows, and 75 for tips with gel polish. No designs and not long. So that said- it totals 160 unless my math is wrong. I gave the lady $206-thinking my total was 180- a 26 dollar tip even though she was so rude to my daughter, I paid cash and was now almost 15 minutes late leaving for my daughter's appointment. So I gave jet the cash, with the tip and left. After getting home I was telling my family that came over to prep for my daughter's bday party and my mother said I should call as I am a long time customer and they should make it right. Upon calling she asked if I received a receipt and I told her I was just there day before yesterday and paid cash, and that I was in a rush because I had to leave for my daughter's appointment and wasn't given a receipt. Essentially, she called me a liar but said she could have the cameras ran back to see how much money I handed her because I counted it out when I handed it to her. She said she would call back that evening or the next day and I have yet to hear back anything. Super disappointing and terrible business behavior, they lost a super loyal and consistent customer. Over a 20 dollar mistake on their part.

Lily was fabulous as always. She gives an amazing massage very sweet and can do any design! The whole place has been remodeled super comfortable massage chairs. Wonderful experience would highly recommend!
