Waited 20 minutes before I left because no one ever helped me I wanted to buy a phone but changed my mind after waiting so long with no help therefore I left ( there was more than 1 employee in the store and only one customer)

Khalid, Kevin and Kayla were great, helped me with a problem I had with a warranty exchange. The customer service line through Tmobile made some mistakes and it made things harder when I went in store to get my exchange done but they really patiently took care of me. I had to return to the store 3 times to get the whole process taken care of but each time I well take care of. I've been to 2 other stores around where I live and I will choose to come back here should I need anything else.

Done get the RVVL 6 phone. I got it brand new and is the WORST new phone I've ever gotten. You have to a dial a number twice and it will randomly hang up while you're on a call.

I came in here the other week to upgrade my phone. I was told only the silver iPhone 14’s had to be ordered, which I was fine with. I had placed an order with a store manager, I cannot remember his name. He helped me through the process and ordered the phone, so it could be shipped out to me in 2-3 business days. When I went home and got the chance to look at my email confirmation, I saw that it said I had ordered a black iPhone, which I did not. I called the store and told them about my situation, and they told me to call customer service to see if that’s what it was saying on their end as well, and to see if they can do anything about it. I called customer service and they said the order was reading as a black iPhone as well, and not silver. Customer service told me they cannot do anything about it since the order was being prepared to ship. I called the store back, and told them what customer service told me, and they told me I need to come in, so they could call customer service with me as well, which made no sense to me. I took it upon my own hands to call customer service back, because I told the store I do not have time to come back and fix the error he did on my order, that he placed for me. When I called customer service, they told me the only way to fix this was wait for the order to come in, refuse delivery so that it can be sent back, and then my refund status will begin. I then noticed the next day I was going to be charged an extra $18 per month for 360 Tier 5 TE. I have never asked for that, or even know what that was. I called the store again and had told them about this charge that was just added to my account. He told me he would take care of it. I called customer service just to clarify what this charge was about, and they told me it was basically insurance/protection for my new phone, which I was never asked or notified about. Customer service was able to remove it for me that instant. Overall, my experience at this T-Mobile was horrible. My family and I have been with T-Mobile for about 15 years and love T-Mobile. It just didn’t make sense for me to have to go through all this trouble because if I wanted the black phone, why would I order it just to wait days to get it, when the store already had it in stock. They did credit me $30 for the inconvenience, but it was definitely an inconvenience having to call customer back and talk to three people about my order being wrong or mishandled. I just hope any other returning customers don’t have this problem.

Started by going to a different location (Hudson rd) in the same city and they had a 48 minute wait and were rude when I questioned the wait. You could tell they were probably tired of answering that question, which tells me that store is always behind. Called this location (Currel) which was only a few miles away to check their wait times and the Lady was very nice/polite/professional on the phone and of course made me happy by saying maybe at 10-15 minute. get there and was helped in about 10 minutes. By a gentleman and everybody was professional and I was in and out within 10 minutes.Even said welcome. The first place - the guy walked past me to twice, said nothing. Then after five minutes asked me How he could Help..so kudos to Currel location

I was having issues with my galaxy 10.I went into the store and bought a new phone.I was there for quite awhile.After it was all said and done he said that it would be $______ total down payment.Wow that's a lot. Told me not to worryThey could give me a screen protector and a case also.They charged me for both.The case and the wall charger.

I had a fantastic experience today when I upgraded my phone. I was helped by the very friendly store manager, Walter, who was knowledgeable but not pushy. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me realistic explanations for anything that didn’t make sense. Even when the store got busy, Walter did his best to respect my time and that of the other customers. I will definitely be coming back to this store next time I need anything for my phone.
