I am terrible at picking paint colors. I went in and was greeted quickly. The woman was very helpful in listening to what my spaces look like, what I’m trying to accomplish, etc. She made some suggestions and even showed me the office, which is exactly what I had pictured in my head. She gave me that paint card and helped me pick a color for the room next to it, as well. I brought them home and my husband loved them, too! It was the easiest paint color picking I have ever experienced! Thank you for the expert help!

Very satisfied. This was my third store after two big box stores. Trying to get a color match correct. The taller lady knew my problem was the shene. That as well was my suspicion. She suggested the right accessories for the job all while listening to what I wanted. Having worked in retail many years I recognized she did her job well. She was able to relate to my situation by sharing her experience. Not just her opinion or guesswork. I have to admit that working customer service for many years it can be hard and easy to hold others to high standards as you begin to recognize trained procedures. She was great in every way.

This is our go-to location for paint and supplies. There is so much more in the store than you realize. The people are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

After reading the reviews on Google apparently the only good customer service agent is Jolene. I unfortunately went in on a Sunday and was left to stand still in front of the cash register for nearly 5 minutes before the only employee acknowledged me. There was only one other customer in the store. But she seem to be receiving 100% of his attention, despite the fact she wasn't at the register and wasn't asking questions. When he finally acknowledged me I told him what I wanted and he said that isnt premixed on the shelf. I asked how I get that color and he said he could mix it but that he wouldn't because it wouldn't be a good match for me. He then told me I should really utilize their color match service but that the service is about two weeks behind so I really won't have an answer soon from them either. I ultimately just walked out without buying anything. It became clear that employee did not care if I shopped at this store or not. Comically, another customer in the store could perceive how frustrating this was and took the time to try to help me come up with additional options before I left the store. Store management; you should hire that customer and let go of the employee!

Had such a good experience with Jo. She helped me pick out paint colors for my commercial space when I was struggling to figure out a color scheme that matched my brand. She was extremely knowledgable and helped so much. Thank you!

Great store with helpful, fun and knowledgeable staff! Jolene really knows her work and I enjoyed her input! It looked like the staff all enjoyed working together too. Happy staff = good business!

I have been to this location multiple times, and the staff is very rude and unfriendly. Hershfields is a much better experience!

These guys are the real deal. Gus has been incredibly helpful at helping me with a bunch of different paint requests over the past few months. The team here really cares about helping people out and they go the extra mile to help out. Really happy with this location and their expertise!

I went today to make the purchase of paint for my project. Yes, today, I was received in a very bad way by an extremely angry employee, she demanded that I give her the information quickly, even her voice was unpleasant, I have my. Going on business here and it's very unpleasant when you still have to get a project on time and you meet these people who have a bad day and ruin all your plans, I decided better to buy in the other paint store that is closer to me.
