Ordered a couple items I needed quickly for same day delivery. Not only did it not arrive, they totally ignored the order until the next day, waited until mid day the next day to tell me the items were out of stock. By this time I don’t have time to go and get the items from somewhere else, but could have if I would have been noticed same day that was my order was being cancelled. Never cancelled a subscription so fast as the Sephora same day delivery, what a joke.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Sephora location today (5-4-24). I am a wheelchair user and the just blatant disrespect I received was unacceptable. I had associates reaching over and across me, never acknowledging me, except for one woman who rudely said that I needed to move so she could get to a drawer below a product I was looking at- and even then she didn’t even close the drawer for me to get out of the way I had to run into a trash can instead. I was never once asked if I needed help even though numerous customers around me were asked. This treatment was reported to the cashier but she was very dismissive. I will NOT be returning to this location and probably Sephora in general. Employees could use additional training on how to treat those with disabilities- like human beings at the very least.

My wife went into this Sephora and was disturbed by the lack of professionalism this Sephora staff displayed. There were 3 women working - all brunette and one of them a hijabi (chanel branded hijab) - who provided underwhelming service. Whenever my wife and I are back in Minnesota from Abu Dhabi, my wife visits this store for her favorite items and she is always raving at how wonderful the Woodbury Sephora staff are. However, this visit was lot different and incredibly unfortunate. Perhaps, the manager Kian should spend dedicated time training the three women to provide and uphold adequate service that is on par with what is expected at Sephora stores.This was a very cold welcome back to Minnesota from Abu Dhabi.

Nice store. However, I was very uncomfortable when I walked in the door. There were at least 4 sales associates who were standing there chit chatting and asking to help. While I appreciate the offer to help, it is very intimidating having them there starring at you. I was purchasing a gift card and had to wait as there was no one at the checkout. I told them when I first came in what I was looking for, but they didn't offer to help with that.To me, a purchase is a purchase, so why not direct me to the gift card and check me out?Then, when I was exiting, the same people were still by the door, I smiled at one and the other loudly said "have a good night" very sarcastically. Wow....I'm not sure they understand what true customer service is.
