The sams club credit card payment center is aweful. I send payments and they lose them, then they won't even give me back the late fee. Aweful!

Absolutely PAINFUL to order anything from the cafe. If you’re not waiting in 20+ min lines you’re dealing with incompetence. Management needs to learn how to train these employees instead of just throwing the blind leading the blind. 10+ mins waiting with 2 people in front of me and 3 people working is unacceptable

Why do customers have to check out twice? The idea of waiting in line to purchase your items and then wait in line again so another person can re-scan some of them is a less than desirable experience. It makes scan and go pretty much useless.
Sam's should seriously re-think this.

My rating is for their café. Stood in line for 45 minutes. Seems the staff could not get orders correct. My order came out wrong. Didn’t bother to ask for a redo since we had been there for so long. Lots of people lines weren’t moving employees were crabby, unfortunate.

Shopping here is always great, however I wish they would amp up the air conditioning. Also they should adjust the receipt check @ the exit door, for those of us who use scan & go or if we paid for our products. I mean it's almost like we need to check out again.

Can you say RUDE?!!!
Most of the time I shop in the afternoon with my neighbor to help him shop for things. But this time I went there alone because I had some things to do on May 3rd, 2024. Going to Sam’s Club was one of those things. I checked online to see what time they opened, and it showed 10. I did my errands early due to road construction, then went down that way. I got down by Sam’s early and noticed that people were going in and out of the store, and it was a little before 10, not knowing that my membership didn’t qualify me to go in there before 10 apparently (It’s my first year with the membership). I thought that maybe the hours showed wrong online. I went in without a problem and shopped for the item I wanted. I wanted to pay cash, so I went to a lane with an employee checking people out. She scanned my membership from my phone and scanned the item. The cashier was very rude, telling me that I wasn’t even supposed to be in the store yet to shop. Then she was disgusted that she had to get an override. The person who was cashiering on the next lane over came over, looked at things then me with a look, told me I had 3 minutes before I was to be shopping then punched in the override. Being treated like that makes me want to cancel my membership and go to Costco.
I think Sam’s Club needs to teach their employees how to be a bit more polite. They could’ve just said, For the next time you shop in the morning, your membership shopping hours start at 10. We’ll do this for you this time, but please remember that for the future, instead of telling me I’m not supposed to be in the store yet. There shouldn’t be special hours to shop for different memberships. Just let us shop when we want too.

I had to return some items. One of them being a TV. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful, and today's visit was quick and easy. Thank you to the staff who helped!

We like shopping here but have also had a bad experience that’s just bothering me and am now writing a review about it. Back at the end of January we purchased 2 rotisserie chickens. Got home and both were raw inside. I called about it and was told that next time I came they would refund the chickens, I asked if there was a time limit and they said no. Well fast forward to my last shopping trip, 3 months out, and when I went to customer service with pictures of the chicken and my receipt I was told it’s been too long and they won’t refund not 1 of the raw chickens. Frustrated about it simply because I asked and they said whenever was fine. I asked because I don’t come that often. Heads up, you probably are required to come monthly for refunds and also check your rotisserie chicken before leaving the store.

Never been here but they have a scam system. I live in a different state my card get charged through them. I don’t know how they let that happen..
