Salon Ultimo is a lovely and cozy spa that is filled with wonderful and friendly employees. I just had my brows tinted by Frannie, who is one of the many excellent employees at Salon Ultimo!.
Frannie did an excellent job tinting my brows and I am so happy with the results!

Had not been to a salon in over 10+ years, but wanted to get back to blonde. Maddie met me for a consultation, which gave me realistically what to expect. We set up for the next week, not blonde yet, but the job she did was amazing!!!! I love it so so so much! She was so warm and walked through everything she was doing. I have found myself a stylist again! I'm excited to go on hair adventures, extensions, cuts, getting to that perfect blonde with Maddie. Wonderful customer service, and probably the best experience I've had. Thank you and I'm already scheduled for 6 weeks!

I went to salon Ultimo and had a Balayage done by my stylist Declyn. We have been talking about this for months. Declyn did such an amazing job.she listens to her clients and explained every step of the process along the way. It turned out Soo good and I have been getting endless compliments because of her work. She even took pictures of me after. Thank you so much Declyn. You are amazing.

I had a pedicure at Salon Ultimo as a birthday treat for myself. I chose Salon Ultimo because they have a special room set up just for pedicures. They can handle three pedicures at a time. It feels more private and relaxing that way. The service at Salon Ultimo is always very good. Claire gave me my pedicure. She did a great job and I enjoyed talking with her about pets and living in rural Wisconsin. Afterward, I got a birthday discount. Thanks Salon Ultimo!

Stylist was not sure what to do taking my color from black-tint of blue to wanting a dark red auburn. And the worst part was actually another stylist working on someone else started complaining on how it isn’t possible to change my black dyed hair to a dark auburn, “ that just won’t work”. And if that’s what I wanted (which I relayed when I booked my appointment) it would take 3 appointments and even then that chances are impossible. I was dumbfounded. So you are not capable and must not like your job, confusing and rude. Isn’t that what hair stylists do? Cut and color, right!? And she wasn’t even working on my hair. I had gray/silver roots, and needed something done, so I ended up doing the darkest black they have, which was a dusty brown-black. And then my haircut was unfortunate too. Cutting 4 inches, and did not do any shaping or the blunt I wanted. They tried to get me to set up more appointments to try and do what I wanted, but both stylists, especially the other that was a senior stylist had said, “chances are not possible, that won’t work”. If you want typical basic, maybe. Anything more. I left feel humiliated and discouraged.

I just left after getting a haircut. $55 for 30 minutes and stylist was terrific. Will see her again I went to pay and person checking me out asked me three times in 30 seconds (no exaggeration) how I was paying for my tip. the very FIRST thing she said to me was 'and how will you be paying for your tip?". she never said "ok, that will be $55" or "how is your day going". I was all about tip. i told her I had a credit on my account ( this was a gift card), she said 'we will take the tip out of this'. Aren't tips optional? I was (and did) going to tip stylist. I had enough and told her 'hold on. do not ask me for a tip. if you ask me how much my tip is or how am I paying for my tip, going forward there will be no tip. I find this very offensive and rude '. I paid bill and tip and left. I'm sure she thinks I'm a b$&@! but I'm over this. they have done this in front of other clients. Management needs to address this as it only hurts stylist

As my salon of choice for many years, I have always had excellent service from the counter employees, and Clare does a fantastic haircut -- always paying attention to what I like yet still offering suggestions. Perfectt5-start all around!

I’m so glad Salon Ultimo could accommodate my bridal party, especially given the short(er) notice. I received a schedule from the salon in advance, which was very helpful for my bridesmaids. The stylists were super personable and worked quite efficiently, so we left the salon earlier than I anticipated. Best of all, everyone felt beautiful. Thank you, Salon Ultimo, for being such an important part of my wedding day! :)

Madi helped me find a great color on my first visit. I was still deciding exactly what I wanted when I walked in and we talked through it and figured out a color tone that I am really happy with. The bayalage is growing out really nicely too. I just went back for a refresher and worked with Vanessa this time due to my schedule. She gave me a great cut and style. Really happy with all my experiences.
