Zero stars if I could! CLOSED FOR GOOD. The owner closed the shop without notifying ANY of her employees. Also stole most of their clients... Our salon gained an awesome talented stylist from Salon 755 and we're so happy to have her! From what I've heard from my client's and others who have worked for in the past is that she's super paranoid (camera's EVERYWHERE) and a terrible person to work for.. I'm sure it's a blessing in disguise for alot of these stylist who came to work (or who were ON VACATION and had no clue) the salon was closed. Best of luck to all and I'm so sorry this happened to you. I'm sure you'll be better off in the long run

I reached out (after my deep conditioning and haircut) to inquire about my concerns that my hair had lightened in color. When the stylist called me back, before asking what I was seeking (which was only clarity about what had happened), she informed me that I couldn't get a free hair coloring service, since I hadn't paid for one in the first place. (I was not looking for anything free, especially after feeling concerned about the service received). I proceeded to tell her that her customer service skills were not appropriate, forwarded my concerns to the store manager (who informed me that the clarifying treatment used likely impacted the Argan oil I use and my hair would return to its normal color in the days ahead), and I asked for a call from the owner, to express my hopes that his stylist receive coaching/support in navigating customer concerns. I've left two voicemails over the last two weeks without a call back. I sincerely hope they find better ways to treat their clientele but will definitely not return.

Seen Irma she did a balayage and did an amazing job, got a great discount on products for it being my first visit and the pricing is the best ive had having this service done. Will definitely be back!!

Love this salon! Highly recommend Emily. She is AMAZING and truly listens to what you are wanting. Salon 755 has a great referral program and I love that you can make appointments online.

I cannot say how well they are at styling hair as they would not keep my appointment. I had made an appointment today at 4pm online. I went there a couple minutes before 4 and filled out a new client form. Then I say and waited and waited until 4:20. I then asked if I had perhaps come at the wrong time as no one had called me back yet. The owner asked if I had to go which confused me. She then told me my appointment was at 4pm but they had double booked appointments online at 3 pm which she said is usually okay but I guess today it is not. So I asked when I would be seen and she said I could come back at 6:15 as the stylist had an appointment to keep at 5pm. This part felt the most frustrating as why did they have to keep the 5 pm but not mine I mean by this time my appointment was supposed to have started about half an hour ago so I did ask if I was next in line but I guess if I wanted it done there at all today it would be at 6 pm. I mean to her credit she did give me a coupon for a free haircut but I did set a side time today to get it done today and no one had called me to tell me my appointment was being skipped nor was I told that there would be a wait. I ended up getting my hair done somewhere else since I did not want to leave for an hour and come back when I had made an appointment.

Was able to schedule right away the next day. Kelsie listened to what I was looking for and she did a great job. I love my new haircut!

I visit the salon every 4-6 weeks for a simple bang trim and brow wax. I try calling ahead since they have an answering machine but never pick up or call you back. The back of the salon by the bathroom is messy, cluttered, and unprofessional looking. My favorite stylist has minimal availability and books out far in advance making walk ins not an option as advertised. Overall I am satisfied with the services and location of the business in general.

Used a groupon for a haircut with Emily. She did a great job, listened to me, and the salon staff even helped care for my fussy baby during my haircut- including a diaper change! Pretty unheard of customer service! Will be back!

Place seemed nice enough. Gal who cut my hair had some pretty awkward conversation about topics I wouldn't consider public info and I ended up with one side of my hair longer than the other. I'd try again with a different stylist.

I loved loved loved my hair after going to my appointment at Salon 755. I saw Chrissy, and she was absolutely amazing for my partial highlights and cut! She went above and beyond my expectations... would highly recommend to anyone! :) Already scheduled my next appointment with her!

I saw Bridgette when I went to Salon 755 and loved her! This was my first time here (I actually didn't know it is existed!) but I was really impressed. The salon is very homey feeling, prices are great and staff is friendly. I will definitely be going back to Salon 755 for future haircuts and colors.

I had my first appt courtesy of Groupon, but liked my stylist enough that I booked two other appointments! Emily S. Does a great job, she listened to what I had in mind and gave feedback and was honest. I left very satisfied both times. Prices are very reasonable!
