Excellent experience shopping there today! I didn’t end up buying the shoes because they were the wrong color, but they were super kind and showed me where to go on the website for more options!! Would highly recommend.

So I was having trouble completing my runs on the treadmill of 6678x5 due to my shoes being more geared for lifting so I went in to the Running Room and was greated by Ninfa and she went above and beyond with her knowledge of each shoe and different styles to get me into the perfect fit with the Hoka Clifton 8. I completed my circuit with zero Shin Splints. Beyond satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend this location.

Well it must have been an off day for the Running Room when I went. I just read many great reviews about this store and my experience was anything but. I didn't feel very welcome in the Running Room. The fact that they didnt have any shoes that I liked in my size probably didn't help.(yes there is a supply chain issues country wide right now). I'm bummed because it seemed like a groovy place. Dogs are welcome there which is cool too. Oh well... I went elsewhere and got a great pair of shoes!

We wanted to purchase some special knee braces for my son and we arrived just after closing. They unlocked the doors asked us if we knew what we wanted and they immediately took us to size his knee and find exactly the right brace. Then the person (so sorry I did not get her name!) spent extra time to tell my son some special exercises to also help him. Super fantastic service in this store. Highly recommended and we will go back again. Huge thank you again.

Small store but decent selection of shoes specially for running…makes sense hence the name of the store! went in to make a return that I couldn’t make, but wasn’t met with any rudeness…If you need stuff specifically for running this a great spot to check out!

The young guy that was helping me actually act like he was AFRAID to help me or talk to me. Idk why but I was VERY friendly and tried to engage in conversation but the whole thing was very off putting. Will not come back.My experience at the Grand Ave location with Matthew was 1000% better.

This place is seriously amazing! The person working was SO kind and professional, she immediately had me walk in the store to check my gait, used an arch checker thing, and within trying on 3 shoes found the perfect pair! I’m not a runner, I’m a walker, and she was so helpful by asking what I want and need in a good pair of shoes. I’m so happy I went here!
