They have a bathroom! I met Malia right away and she got right to it by helping me find the stick and gloves my son wanted. Very helpful young lady! They have tons of gear I didn't get to see but have a feeling we will be back.

Great customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Joey M. greated us when we walked in, got our skates to the desk to sharpen, helped with a new stick grip and had recommendations for locating a neck guard, as they were out. He also helped us check out. Perfect example of a great employee and we will for sure be back when we visit the Twin Cities again.

INCREDIBLE service. I came in 20 minutes before closing wanting new skates and 2 guys named Sam and Ezra stayed back a whole hour to help me with my skates and purchasing. They weren’t allowed to take my tips that i wanted to give them so hopefully this review will at least do them some good.

My 4 year old son picked up a stick while I was on the other side of the store helping my 6 year old buy skates. The manager yelled at my son, made him cry then ran and hid in the back. When I confronted the manager he said he didn’t want the floor to be scratched. I will not tolerate such monstrous behavior and will not be back. If you need to talk to my son please confront me do not take matters into your own hands. You guys need to conduct background checks before you hire these guys that could snap on a 4 year old.

I hadn't been on the ice in 20+ years. The shop has so many products available I was a little intimidated, but I asked manager Matt for guidance and he was extremely helpful - even on a very busy Saturday afternoon! He set both my wife and I up with new skates to help us get out there with our kids. Loved the experience and we had a blast on our fist adventure out on the ice. Thanks for the help! I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We went into the store on opening day and the manager, Ben, was fantastic. He helped us navigate all the gear we would need for my 4 year olds first hockey year even when the store was slammed for the opening. I recently called into the store and Aaron was able to help me over the phone with an order and instead of it taking a week to get shipped I received the item in a day. The customer service at this location is top notch.

Terribly overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go pay half for new equipment or even less for used at the equipment store down the road.
