the sephora in this strip mall is extremely unwelcoming as i believe it was one of the managers who assumed my girlfriend and i were stealing, we were followed around by at least 4 employees for 30 minutes until i finally went to check out. we were wearing coats because it's f****** cold! not because we need to steal sephoras products! homophobic woman who only zoned us out when she saw us holding hands. f*** y'all

The store itself has very cute clothes and even was going to purchase a few items… decided to leave instead due to the two women working. Not friendly and very snobby to customers. Unfortunate.

Amazing. My daughter and I were running out of time to find dresses for a wedding-- like hours. The store we were going to wasn't open so we stopped in. We looked at a few things... then CUSTOMER SERVICE. They pulled out things from the back and we found EXACTLY what we wanted! I am going back!

Staff is so helpful and personable! Store is always clean and organized which makes it easier to find what you're looking for!Found a dress for a wedding in June and a beautiful romper for the bachelorette party!

Primps customer service always goes above and beyond! I called looking for a particular dress and the lovely sales associate sent me a picture right away to make sure it was the correct one before they put it on hold. Saved me an entire afternoon! Thanks again guys!
