My wife and I were first time home buyers and found Phil through our realtor. We were in a time crunch for putting an offer in and then later for closing, yet Phil was patient with us and answered all of our questions no matter the time of the day. He made sure we had the best deal based on our situation and overall did a fantastic job. I would recommend Phil for any home buyers out there reading this. We are super happy with our new house and am grateful for all Phil did to make this happen!

Phil and his team at CCM were amazing to work with. We purchased a home in MN at a distance from TX and they made everything seamless. In the middle of our home search we had a very close death in the family and my husband changed employment. They were understanding, kind, and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked. I really appreciated how straight forward the process was. Patrick kept us up to date on our to-do list and we never felt confused or overwhelmed. THANK YOU for making this process ...dare I say...easy?!

This may be a long review, but worth every word.When we connected with Phil Olson, my family had already spoken to three other mortgage lenders one of them being our credit union, who we were sure was going to be the lender with which we would go. each lender had similar products that would fit our needs, each lender gave us why they were "best", but it was not until we spoke to Phil that we realized we did not know nearly as much as we thought we did after speaking with the previous 3 lenders. rather than telling us why he was the "best" he showed it.our first phone call was 45+ minutes long, in this time we got to know Phil and more importantly he got to know us, and not just our names but our situation, our story I will say. and after that Phil showed us why he and Cross Country were the right options. the expertise, transparency, and sheer knowledge around the home buying process was impressive, but better yet he made it easy to understand, rather than throwing random numbers and situations, Phil backed up everything he stated with facts that could be researched and better, yet he encouraged it. after that phone call my wife and when back to the drawing board and where were to start the day, we are happy to say changed because of our conversation with Phil.to save time, the for the couple of weeks Phil and his team were THERE, no matter the situation or the question, they say, "there are no bad questions”, and the Olson team takes that serious no matter the question day or night they will answer it and they will answer it in a way you understand and are able to make the best-informed decision.fast forward a few weeks, my wife and I decide to move the close date of our new home up a week from the 24th to the 17th. Phil and his team, specifically Patrick were THERE, they made sure our decision to move up the date went smoothly and were in contact with us the entire time and made sure we had every piece of information they needed so that when our loan went to Underwriting there were little to no hiccups.Finally, we made it the finish line and once again the Olson team was THERE! we received a call the morning of make sure we were prepared and ready and all expectations were set.and just like that we moved in! and we could not have made the decisions we made without the Olson team being THERE! my wife said it best, "if we could give 10 stars we would!"

Me and my wife were recently married and decided it was time to buy a house. Our situation isnt an easy one since our work history had been hurt due to COVID. On top of that our situation had a lot of things holding us back from getting a loan. Since working with Phil & CrossCountry there was points where most lenders would have given up on us but these guys did NOT! They stuck by us and helped us get our loan cleared so we can finally buy a home and start a family. I cant express enough how many other lenders would not have taken the time to help us through a very daunting task. Words cant express how thankful we are, PHIL THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This is the second house I have purchased with Phil Olson I will never use any other broker he is the best at what he does he is thorough and available. Phil had an amazing team shout out to Patrick. We had so many personal obstacles that came along the way and the support was always there and we had some really big obstacles BUT we still Closed on time as planned we are very satisfied with him and his team!!!
