“Shopping here is always great, however I wish they would amp up the air conditioning. Also they should adjust the receipt check @ the exit door, for those of us who use scan & go or if we paid for our products. I mean it's almost like we need to check out again.”

“We just switched our prescriptions over and we couldn’t be happier leaving behind CVS. The staff at CVS wouldn’t even look up where my medication was in stock. I had to call CVS Caremark to ask and it was far away. They wouldn’t explain why they couldn’t get it in stock around the corner from me. They just didn’t seem to care at all. With Sam’s We can pick up while we shop. Things are ready quickly. The staff is great. We also got Covid vaccines here. Unless it’s an emergency this is going to meet all our regular needs.”

“While this is not a 24 hour pharmacy I have been able to get prescriptions filled quicker than a local 24hour pharmacy.I love being able to request a refill on the Allina app. Always quick to fill and pick up. I was the 4th car in the drive up and I think I was driving away with my prescriptions within 10 minutes.”
“I went to the urgent care for a minor issue. They advised the wait was 2.5 hours. I got in within 20 minutes. My appointment was around an hour or so. Nurses were very profession and quick, yet caring and gentle. When I went to see the PA-C after the lab, he was very gentle, patient and explained my condition well. I appreciate how he looked at me the whole time, asked if I had any questions and seemed to care. I highly recommend this urgent care.”

“Wow, why didn't I choose Target CVS sooner??!!! They were fast on my prescription order! I needed it ASAP due to an allergic reaction on my face. I'm so amazed and happy with my experience. No more slow Walgreens and unprofessional staff! CVS Target all the way from now on. Wait time was fast since it was earlier in the day and they even acknowledged that I was there and said someone will be with me shortly. And the staff was quick to jump and help me out. Such a different experience that I'm so appalled. I always go to Walgreens. Hence why I'm so surprised how quick CVS service was. CVS is now my to go prescription pick ups!”

“Most of the time there are really fast and helpful. However, every so often there is a day like yesterday (11/04/23)I went to pick up a prescription for an ear infection that was called in the day before and they didn't have it said they would have it in a couple days. (No problem, not their fault)After I left, I talked with a friend and they recommended I call and ask if the CVS pharmacy could check others in the area and so I did, going through the phone menu and being put on hold to wait until I can talk to a person. I remained on hold for over an hour and then gave up.Later I got a hold of a PA at the urgent care that prescribed the med and they agreed to change it to one that was more common and they said they contact me in an hour or so. After a couple hours I checked the CVS app and saw the med was still listed as the original, and attempted to call the pharmacy to ask if they had gotten the request to change it. I was on hold for 40 minutes. I then noticed an email from the provider that said they wee having a hard time getting a hold of a person at the pharmacy to make sure the next prescription would be something they had in stock.So, to recount I was on hold for a total over almost two hours without being able to reach a live person and a provider was also unable to get ahold of a live person.I understand sometimes things are super busy and the workers are slammed, but there should be some method of letting people know that you won't be able to talk on the phone instead of just leaving them on hold.”

“Ryan is a 4-5 star pharmacist and manager at the woodbury walgreens on queens ave . When he is working EVERYTHING flows according to how a pharmacy should flow! He fills Rx's accurately, but also with speed and profiency. He understands how a pharmacy should run. Elise and Katie are also very good at this location! I do have to say that it is very discouraging that it seems like covid injections have taken over and disturbed the pharmacy's ability to keep up. “2/24/23. Walgreens in Woodbury Tennessee !!!!! I Went in to pick up some prescriptions and had 2 more filled and within 7- 10 minutes I was on my way out the door !!!!! I go here all the time and I’m happy with the pharmacy and store service !!!!! Awesome and friendly staff !!!!! I’ve read some of the comments and everybody has a off day just like you and I do !!!!! I’ve got over 20yrs in retail and another 20 or more in factory so ease up and remember they are only human just like you and me. I’m not making excuses for anyone but retail and restaurant and any other job that deal with the public is more stressful than any factory job where you only deal with a boss who can be a pain where retail you have to deal with a boss that can be a pain sometimes and the public that can be that way to !!!!! “Walgreens App does not have an item aisle locate feature and the app takes forever to respond when looking up basic info about any items they sell. This is 2024 and Walgreens should know to do better than this with their app. Walmart, Target and Hy-Vee have apps that have item aisle locate and are much faster when searching for information. I do like Walgreens 24 hour pharmacy.”

“I have 2 vehicles and one of them takes premium only and Sams Club has saved me 100s of dollars so far just this summer. The gas is high quality and my Corvette runs great when I use their gas. It's often close to a full dollar cheaper than everyone else and once I get gas I always find something inside the store I needed. Win Win!”
