not sure what all the negative reviews are about. although there was only 1 employee in the store he was so wonderful and it was one of the nicer Pacsuns I've been to! Dressing room was clean unlike Rosedale which is so incredibly dirty.

The last probably 10 times I’ve gone to this store I’ve been disgusted with the workers. No nice welcome or hello when you walk in, they all turn around from a huddle and stare at you and roll their eyes. I ignored it and continued shopping. They then asked if I was ready to checkout as I was still shopping and when I politely said no the worker gave me a disgusting, nasty face. I’ve been continued to get stared down and had their eyes rolled at me, probably 10 times before I checked out. I was gonna asked if I was paying with card and I had said no then I get another disgusting look from them. I had asked if they had price matched online and she snapped at me saying “absolutely not”, I politely said that I would just buy one of the items online instead and then she proceeded to grab it from my hand throw it up in the air behind her and have it land on the dirty floor. Somebody needs to fire her for the amount of business, she’s losing. You can tell she was the mean girl in high school.

I have a terrible time every time I go here recently. The workers are extremely judge mental and started at us the entire time rolling their eyes. The worker gave us nasty looks when we said we weren't ready to check out and then when I asked if they priced matched online she snapped and made and said "absolutely not", I then stated that I would get it online instead in a nice manner and I kid you not she grabs it from me and throws it up in the air behind her with it landing on the dirty floor. Will definitely be reaching out to somebody about this.

Absolutely horrid staff. Extremely disrespectful, giggling like middle schoolers and giving dirty looks as if they’re 12. Whenever I walk in that store, there is never even a ‘hello’ or a ‘how are you’. Not even a smile. You’re just met with rude stares. Do not recommend this location.

every employee here peaked in high school and it SHOWS! extremely rude, we came in 15 mins before closing (didn’t know they were closing) and they proceeded to SHUT THE LIGHTS OFF ON US! all stood in a circle giggling at us, very rude staff!

workers are your classic high school mean girls, walked in 15 mins to close and they shut the lights and music off on my friends and i. then locked the doors dramatically. the rude up and down stares and giggling at us while huddled in the middle of the store is crazy!

EVERY TIME I go to this store I wonder why I ever go back. The employees are on their phone ever time I come in and for the whole duration of when I’m shopping they act like they can’t be bothered to open a fitting room door and never ever greet me! Horrible service

Me and my friend went to this store around 6:45-6:50 not knowing the store closed at 7 because the rest of the mall closes at 8 and there were 3 staff working and they were the rudest people i have ever met, they didn’t greet us when we came in, they gave us the dirtiest looks and attitude. keep in mind we had no idea this store closed at 7. we find some cute clothes to try on and are waiting for a fitting room, all 3 of the employees ignore us and walk right past us as we were waiting. we finally got a room and then one of the staff tell us “by the way we close in 2 minutes” they said it in the rudest and most unprofessional way. i decided to just ditch the clothes and wait for my friend to be done. we didn’t buy any of the clothes because we felt like we were being rushed out. the male employee then walked with us to the door and instantly locked the door right when we got out of the store.

Terrible workers gave me and my friends a dirty look as we walked in when we asked for a dressing room they said ugh and the other girl was the only girl to get it for us. One blonde girl sat on her phone and when someone asked if they had shorts she said yes with and attitude. Then proceeded to talk to the male saying “no we don’t have shorts we ran out” under her breath in a snarky way. When my friend asked if they had a size 22 in the shorts blondie said no with a big attitude. I will never ever be coming back her the owners need to get control of these teenagers.
