“This is for the manager-Tammy- she came to my rescue in customer service when they couldn't help with a phone exchange. In their defense, they tried but quickly got Tammy to assist. I had purchased a phone at a different Walmart with my Walmart credit card and receipt was on my old phone which was no longer active in the process of activating the new phone, which was deemed DOA- defective on arrival- by Verizon. Hence the return. Tammy gave me the numbers to call and the store number that I purchased my phone from. She stuck with me until it was resolved.
