A tire shop messed up my car so I took it here to get it fixed and I loved this place. Mike was great on the phone and in person, excellent communication. The waiting area is clean, lots of fantastic plants. They got my stuff done fast, no issues. Great experience!

Alignment for a 2019 Chevy Silverado **crew cab 8 foot box** 3500HD with a 2" level kit installed. Other places either 1) didn't have a rack that could accommodate this size vehicle or 2) they refused to service a truck with aftermarket suspension parts. Not Metric... Mike gave me a definitive "Yes, we can do that" and quickly set an appointment for me. Metric provided me with A+ service, reasonable pricing, and a quick turnaround. They went above and beyond with adjusting my kit for me as my driveway sucks. My hunt for a straight shooting, quality shop is over. Big thanks to Mike and the Technician. This big ol beast floats straight down the highway.

Mike was wonderful from day one. He gave me a detailed quote and answered every question I had immediately. After dropping off my car for one fix, I called and asked if it was possible for another one. He not only said yes, but diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. Great work done by him and his team - I’ll definitely go back and recommend that everyone else goes here too!

Both my nephew and sister take their cars there, so I did too, Mike was very professional call me told me exactly what was wrong with my car and the price , they fixed what was wrong and yes I recommend this place.

Had an unexpected alternator issue which resulted in a tow. This was the nearest shop to my breakdown. Towed in on a Friday and was ready to pickup on Monday. Unfortunately on my drive from the shop my serpentine belt snapped. I called the shop and they immediately took accountability and had my car towed free of charge back to their shop. The very next day my car was ready to go. I applaud them for taking accountability that swiftly… it’s a rarity in the industry.
