Jason knows his stuff. Unlike other nutrition stores, I advise you answer “yes” when they ask if you need help with anything. He's got the know-how you only get from decades in the gym and kitchen, and will tell you which products and protocol is best for what you need. I wanted a pre workout that was low stim, with big pump/nitric oxide effect and he helped me find my new favorite. Go here.

Jason is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on nutrition and fitness. He asks you what your goals are before recommending any particular product which means he listens well. He takes time to educate the customer on what all the products can do for their fitness goals. I highly recommend stopping in!

I did the body composition and then Jason took personal time with me to understand my goals and explain the report to me and what I needed to do in the kitchen to reach my goals. In 2 weeks, I have tracked my protein, fat and carb intake. It has been extremely helpful in my process to change my body composition to be more muscle. I was in town and stopped in looking after googling “nutrition store” and it was by far the best experience. Staff were super helpful and not pushy trying to sell products, have been taking their supplements for 3 weeks and it’s by far the best product I’ve tried. Will be going back to reload from now on! 12/10

I recently moved back to Minnesota and needed a new place to get all my nutritional needs. After searching Google, I found Forged Nutrition in Woodbury, MN. I met Jason, who provided excellent customer service by prioritizing what I needed and not just trying to sell me just anything. When I came in, he dropped whatever he was doing to help me. He is a subject matter expert in anything he sells in his store and can tell you all the pros and cons of any product offered. From what I researched, he is not marking up his product and sells at around the same price as the internet, which is more of a reason to stop into this aspiring small business and show this man some support from the community. I've been in twice now and will return next week to pick up more stuff.

Being new to the world of protein powder and seeing all of the variations lining the shelves was a little daunting until Jason stepped in to simplify the experience.After a brief discussion around digestion issues I was having with other whey proteins I had tried, Jason recommended a couple of alternatives that ended up being much more tolerable.Jason is clearly very knowledgable when it comes to the product lines he sells and supports, as well as fitness overall. I highly recommend his store and his guidance in supporting your own fitness goals and dietary/nutritional needs!

Such an amazing place! I was recommended by my coach and other fighters from my team since we work closely with Jason for our competitions. As an Amateur Combat Sports fighter Jason helped me out so much. I was feeling super groggy from excess training and was looking for a place with vitamins and nutritions along with helpful advice. Since going to Forged Nutrition I’ve been feeling great, keeping my muscle mass, hydration, and a complete layout of my body chart from his help! Thank you so much!

As I continue to progress in my fitness journey so do my needs for different supplements and products. I have been to and used plenty of products from your typical retail chains such as GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. I found Forged Nutrition and decided to check it out. So glad I did! Walked in and my son and I were greeted by Jason. I gave him a brief rundown and what I have tried and what I was looking for. Based on that info he explained in detail some of the products he thought would work for me. I can honestly say this product was one of the best I have ever tried. Forged has definitely earned my business from here on out! Thank you again Jason!

This is a great place to get any all vitamins and proteins you could be looking for. Jason the owner is very informative on all of the products to best help your fitness needs. They also have great prices on everything and well worth the trip.

The customer service (Jason) and knowledge of the products were outstanding, had the best conversation! Also do yourselves a favor and stock up on the huge selection of Feast Mode seasonings (the Banana Cream Pie is amazing on rice!!)

Forged Nutrition is a fantastic addition to my routine in keeping a healthy, energetic lifestyle! When I first entered the store I was met by the owner, who was very kind and knowledgeable in all the questions I had for him about the product selection he had to offer! All of the products not only have high, clean quality ingredients, but they all taste amazing as well ( something you don’t always find with healthy supplements!) so happy I visited Forge Nutrition! i have purchased products from Forged Nutrition through a gym in the past . but i recently went in to the store myself, and the staff was amazing, and has plenty of options for everyone. i purchased some pre-workout emerged and some night time burn called cuts . and the pre-workout is a amazing product i love it . and time will tell on the cuts supplement. but overall a very clean store and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. go check them out . and let’s support our local , independent business owners. so swing by and say hi to Jason great guy.

Stopped in on a whim since I needed some more preworkout and was very surprised at the selection and the level of help I received. I was extremely happy to get knowledgeable advice and turned towards something that suited me and my needs. I have had poor luck with other specialty stores in the past but this experience felt very comfortable and the owner was kind enough to walk me through some different options. I absolutely recommend and will definitely be back.

I walked in and was greeted immediately with some energy from Jason. It was very obvious that he was passionate and knowledgeable about his products. I was surprised to see so many brands I knew very little or nothing about. Jason was able to lead me to try a sweet little stim/focus pre workout mix that I’m currently a huge fan of. He knows his stuff, you won’t be disappointed

Went in and chatted with the owner while buying protein powder. Was so impressed with his knowledge, kindness, and felt zero pressure to buy anything. There was no gimmicky feel and he was very understanding. Will be going back for sure!
