Very personalized service. Honest employees who make sure all your questions have been answered. Unlike some other companies I've dealt with, Mattress Firm tells you right up front if there will be a delay in your order due to stocking issues, for example. Just really nice people to deal with who care most about what your needs are.

Mason at Woodbury mattress firm was fantastic ! Helped us to look beyond our fist impressions and see how the synergy of base and mattress was critical to best package. Saved us money and worked to find every other discount possible. I would definitely go back.

Brian was my sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when purchasing my Temper-proAdapt medium hybrid mattress with Temper-Ergo Smart base.
