Professional and clean. There are "leads" who clean and stock trolleys between clients. They claim that they sterilize instruments - which I can't tell for sure, but the fact that leads are replacing them between customers and how clean everything is, I'm not worried. My pedicure was very nice.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Staff are all so sweet. I've been going here now for 2 years and cannot recommend enough. Phenomenal service, great pricing, and beautiful work.

Usually when I arrive, I am asked if I have an appointment, if I don't, I am politely told in the future, I MUST have one. However, Sunday at 4:00 I walked in as a last resort to get services at this salon. I was leaving the next day and needed a full set put on. Sat down at Holly's table. She asked where I have been. I didn't want to let her know that I swore this place off for various reasons, but I came back because I didn't have a choice. I showed her I needed a full set and while looking at my hands, she said, you need your eyebrows waxed as well. I WAS AWARE! I said, "Okay, but I do NOT want thin lines for eyebrows!" Guess what I received....thin, I MEAN pencil THIN eyebrows. They are 1960's. Thank God they will grow back, but man...I cried once I looked in the mirror when I got into the car. Now the nails, I stated I wanted SQOVAL.....Square but oval sides....I said you know what those are right? She said yes. I have oval stubs. They are truly awful. She nicked my cuticles twice...she said you are not bleeding, you are good, see? UGH. I have chopped up cuticles now and they are painful. Accidents happen..... I always suggest giving a place another try, but this was my second and my last. I have given it the good ole' college try and well, when they are not concerned about paying attention to whom is at your table, that is an issue for me. Lastly, I will add that I had this service on Sunday, today is Wednesday. It has taken me this long to put my thoughts together without it being a complete rip on session. It is important for honest feedback, but after someone has been treated and left feeling like you were ripped off from not getting what you wanted, that is a problem. I will not go back. I hope that feedback is reviewed and taken to heart to improve business. This is a clean business and everyone is kind. They have half of the battle completed to a good business model. The problem is the details. LISTEN to your CUSTOMER. Reiterate you heard what they asked for. Stop talking your first language in front of your customers. It is rude. It is demeaning and it is not necessary. You know English as you should use it so we don't feel like we are being spoken about behind our back. That is all.

I called to get in last minute and Helen was able to accommodate me for the best gel pedicure I have ever had. I manage a salon in Woodbury and visit other businesses to relax and enjoy services from time to time. I will be back to see her for sure! One of the best massages ever!! The salon was clean, quite, didn't have a strong acrylic odor. Great experience.

Gel mani Pros: they were able to fit me in on a holiday (July 4th). The nail tech was friendly, quick, and gentle. I've had many experiences where I'd bleed during the cuticle trimming, this time I didn't and was very relieved. They have great selection of color. Cons: nail paint was done poorly, especially on my right hand. It started chipping within just a few hours. Really disappointed.

They need to treat everyone the same, I been going there ever since they open, and referred all my friend there, but I just realized Helen doesn’t treat us the same. The other’s are ok but Helen is smh trouble.
