Do not work for this company as I worked for them as a desktop support specialist. The people within the company that I worked with mainly were really nice and respectful. However, the people within the executive level of the company do not convey the same type of respect and courtesy because of course they have to do hiring and firing. However, that hiring and firing is based off of financial needs, and based off of executive level employees opinion of non-executive level employees. I was fired from this company I believe because I was doing cocaine. However, my job was always completed to the best of my ability, and everybody that I worked with was satisfied with the outcome of my recommendations and solutions except for one person that I know of.

Mark was incredibly transparent through the whole process and made sure that we knew all of our numbers and how we got them. He was very sincere in everything he did and made this process incredibly easy and made us feel like we were in safe hands the entire time. For as long as Mark is in this business, he is who I will be recommending.

While working with land home, things seemed constantly unorganized, and a bit chaotic. I can go on forever about details, but here's the biggest reasoning for one star.The company needed to verify my employment. To do so, they sent documents containing my husband and my social security number and personal information to my companies generic email address. They didn't verify who ran the email, and the email went to several people within my company, which I definitely was not comfortable with. I'd like to think that they'd be more sensitive with my information and who they're sending it to.I will say that Caleb was really nice, polite, and professional the entire time.

Mark Franco helped us close on a home refinance as well as an investment property. He provided outstanding customer service. He was prompt, thorough, patient with questions, and highly organized. He is trustworthy, honest and very professional. We will absolutely use him for future transactions.

Steve/Gene did a outstanding job.. The loan I did for my family home was a FHA/203k. With this loan you need to have a great contactor who has a team working with them from Electricians to plumbers, and sometime's Exterminators and roofers. Do to this is a Rerehab loan. The loan can take up to 3 months to close due to whats involved to get to the finish line. Steve and Gene Turner work overtime to close on are family home. Thank you for all the hard work and making are dream come true.

I got help here to buy my first house. It's really hard for me to buy a house because I just came to the US for 4 yrs and I haven't have 2 years of employment, the bank didn't count my job at a restaurant for employment and said it will be until November 2017, which is 2 more months from now. So I came here and the loan officer Thomas Nguyen guide me to the process. I worked with him since winter last year and finally bought a house this summer. Even though the process is frustrating because I have no idea how this is gonna work, but Kristina, Thomas' assistance, she helped me step by step what documents I must provide them to speed up the process. The most impressive thing I experienced with them was the buyer took Earnest money on 8/12 and we closed on 8/25, even the buyer's agent could not believe how this happened too fast. They said it doesn't make any sense for them!!! But yes, I got my house now, happy and graceful. Thank Land Home for helping me! I see many people complain about their services, I agree it is frustrating by dealing with documents like bank statements, w2 or tax return papers, however, those documents are really important to speed up your process and help you close sooner, so don't hide anything, be honest, and cooperate with the staffs so they will be able to have you out. And the most important thing is to have money in your bank. Credit score is not important because they will help you to clear that.

Land Home saved my home purchase. Last year, I was originally going through Wells Fargo for a mortgage, but two days before closing they came back and said they wouldn't do the loan because the (late) appraisal said there was mold in the basement. I knew about the mold and had planned on having it remediated before I moved in, but Wells Fargo said they wouldn't do the loan "for my safety" even though it was a conventional loan on an "As Is" house, not an FHA loan. I had already sent in my notice to vacate to my apartment, and I had around 30 days to find another loan company to complete a mortgage before I'd be without a place to live. Deborah from Land Home saved me, and the underwriters at Land Home managed to push the loan through in just 25 days. Now I have a beautiful (and mold-free) home all thanks to Deborah and the Land Home underwriters.
