I had been to one La Z Boy and the folks were pretty unhelpful and a bit surly, so since I wanted to go back to look at more fabrics I picked a different location to try and ended up at this one in Woodbury. After a slow start (my fault, not theirs), I ended up with 3 women helping me for about 1.5 hours. One worked on the computer with a photograph I had of the space and inserted the recliners and fabrics I was considering so that we could see what it would actually look like in place. The other two were helping me pick out fabrics, then a rug to match, and even suggested an accent wall to bring out the colors of the new fabrics we decided on. What had been a stressful situation for me ended up being very fun and productive and I was very grateful. I am disappointed that La Z Boy is charging me $300 to deliver 3 pieces, but that is the store’s fault and not these helpful women’s.

The sales person didn’t seem to know what she was doing… I had to take the lead in calling the credit company because she just assumed that they were closed since it was after 5 PM rather than even trying… This is not what a customer should have to do
We were greeted at the door. I advised the sales person that we just wanted to look around and she started going into a whole spiel about different styles and different fabrics and different this and different that… I wasn’t even at that point yet if I had found a product that I wanted, that would be the time to discuss Fabric options, etc.…

They were wonderful to work with. It was nice to see everything in 3-D to see how everything actually would fit in our living room. I would recommend using them and Tia anytime.

Very easy experience, one of the most outstanding retail purchasing events I’ve had. David was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable in the products and made the sale very quick and easy. I would recommend this to all. La-Z-Boy will get my replete business in the future!

Very helpful and patient as we shopped with a toddler. Went above and beyond to price out multiple chairs with multiple fabrics. Had a great experience - can’t wait for our chair to arrive!

I was initially greeted by a floor sales person in a manner that was respectful and interested in helping me with my concern to find the right furniture. From there I was able to work with a design consultant that came to my home then put together a furniture plan specifically for my home. In the store again we looked at the furniture suggestions that would work in my home. I never felt pushed into any decisions and can’t wait to see my choices in my home!

There was a good selection of recliners. Service was adequate but not great. I'm very disappointed that they will not remove the item being replaced.
