BEWARE OF MOLD. I bought a full tank of gas and went inside to get a bottle of diet coke and a cup of ice. The woman cashiering charged me 50¢ for a tiny cup of ice and immediately upon drinking, the ice tasted and smelled like mold. Cashier had a bad attitude when I informed her of my concern and suggested they clean their moldy ice machine. Disgusting and won’t be back, there are much better other Kwik Trip stores in the area.

The service was exceptionally amazing at this Kwik Trip!! The employee Chris went above and beyond to make my experience amazing!! So thankful for him and his hard work!! You guys rock!!!🙌🙌🙌

I would give it 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. It’s sad too, because the employees at this store are actually pretty awesome. I love Kwik Trip, but they screwed me over. I got a car wash at this store, and it scratched my car. I filed a claim, and after the corporate “investigation”, it was deemed the car wash did not do the damage. This is wrong. It is clearly consistent with car wash brushes. So, instead of paying a few grand to fix my scratches, they will lose multiple customers for life. Disappointing.
To add to this, I was assured 3 different times by 3 different people from this location that it would be taken care of (shift leader, assistant manager, and store manager). They lost my initial claim form, and it went on for 3 months before getting a corporate call. They said the videos were only stored for 60 days, so when corporate called me, they said they reviewed the footage (even though it wasn’t even available anymore according to the store). KwikTrip is a very shady company. Do not trust them.
Response to their response: Using a canned response is exactly the reason I won’t go to KwikTrip anymore. Customers are people, not numbers.

Made an order for delivery, they didn’t have one item. Which is totally understandable, but didn’t make any attempt to contact me or ask for a swap just cancelled the order. When I called the store for a reason they said they attempted to reach me but I have zero calls zero texts zero communication through the app. If you’re going to say you tried but actually never did then don’t say you did. Pretty lazy customer service.
