Great experience here. Love the treatment you receive. The tea is great and the smell is relaxing. With this being said, I went here when I was a brunette (very easy to manage), so little room for a mistake or dissatisfied customer (blonde is a whole different level). In addition, I was not impressed with color line (Aveda). I felt like the color never held as well compared to other lines.

Kyle is the "Patron Saint of Hair!" He is kind, passionate and is up for any hair challenge. My 12 year-old daughter returned from sleep away camp with fist-sized dreadlocks in her hair. My sister-in-law recommended Juut Salon and that's where we met Kyle. Most people would have immediately cut her shoulder-length hair into a pixie-cut after seeing the tangled mess, but Kyle spent 5 hours meticulously and miraculously removing each knot and did so with patience and humor. On top of it, Kyle gave her an amazing haircut with layers, and her hair has never looked prettier. Kyle gets 5 stars all the way around, and so does the nice staff that works with him.

Mari is an amazing skin care expert and makeup artist. She was very informative when I met with her last week and working with my changing (almost 50) skin. I have brought my girls to her in recent years just before they started middle school to understand the basics and importance of heathy skin care. She is outstanding with my girls. Highly recommend!!

After reading reviews on here and other sites, I'll make sure NOT to go here. Seems all the employees are snotty and unprofessional. Such a shame.

I started coming here a year ago when my old stylist left Rocco Altobelli in Woodbury and I couldn't find a stylist there I liked. I see Kelly for haircuts and she does a good job. She listens and takes her time. My only complaint is that I could go four months between haircuts when I was at Rocco, but here I only last about two months before I have to go in. Kelly is fairly reasonable - $45 for a cut. I also see Kristin for brow waxes. She does a great job. But, she charges $32. A bit steep for me. If you are looking for someone to help you style your brows, or want to make a big change, she would be a good person to see. I just can't pay that much for a brow wax!

I live in Las Vegas, and was here and needed a cut and color. My bad, I never asked about the prices since I did ask for a more experienced stylist, I was willing to pay more for experience. I've paid a lot for my cuts and colors in the past, but not even close to what these guys charged. I got two people also, lucky me. One for color, one for cut, of course equals two tips. My color was 175 dollars, my cut 75. I almost passed out. Are you kidding? What do you guys think this is NY City??? Omg. The color was adequate, as well as the cut, but in no way shape or form worth that kind of money, so it doesn't even matter how good of a job they did, it's insane, and I'm SICK about spending that kind of money. With the two 20% tips, shampoo and conditioner, my bill was almost $400. Also, she threw the color on, and left me sitting over an hour to process. At one point I walked around, all the girls had disappeared, I assumed they were eating lunch, not even anyone at the front desk. Very tacky. Glad I don't live here. If I did, I would NEVER, EVER go there again.

I'd give them a zero rating it this site allowed me - but it doesn't. Having spent close to at least $2K at this salon since March of this year (and it's only 6 months later that I'm writing this review) $600 for the hair (that they told me would last for one year - then of course the highlights each visit (which were fine) the initial haircut (which was fine) The initial appointment went fine but after the 2nd reapplication the hair started detaching and I had to go back in and have some reattached. After the 3rd reapplication within 4 days one fell out and I had to go back and they started claiming that the product is only guaranteed for 2 applications which was not what I was told. After many trips to the salon to get my extensions reattached I decided I needed to find a salon that did a better job. I was paying a lot of money plus tipping generously even for the many recurring reattachments. Plus I had continual problems with the extensions from Salon Juut being visible and they shouldn't be. I never had a prior problem at other salons. I requested to pick up my extra hair being held in the salon that I had already paid for but they refused to give me my product stating it was "part of their service and they couldn't give it back to me". Those in their possession are reusable. I've had hair extensions off and on since 2010 and have always been able to keep them in my possession. So they have $300 worth of hair that they refuse to give me even though I paid for it. Extreme poor customer service.

I've been very happy with Kelly P to cut/style my hair. She always listens, gives great options and suggestions, and a complete consultation. Great results! However, I have seen Stephanie twice for my color. The first time I said I wanted well-blended, non stripy blond highlights. Stephanie says Duh. Well...the result was my highlights come out in big chunky stripes! The second time I agreed to see her is because she was the only colorist available and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. For the second time I told her I wanted natural, well-blended highlights. It came out stripy again with big chunks of blond but this time she missed a front piece. So there's an unsightly grown out root showing. Very unhappy. Looks like I already need to go back even though I just got it done a week ago.

I see Kelly for all of my skin and waxing needs and she is amazing! A true perfectionist! She is kind and professional. I've seen her on a number of occasions working with special needs clients. She is so wonderful at shaping brows and helping you get to the most flattering shape for your face. She doesn't just quickly wax, she spends time detailing and perfecting. I honestly look younger taking Kelly's advice on growing in my brows slightly. I would recommend her to everyone.

I love love LOVE Kelly and Stephanie. So, I've pretty much always gone to salons that are in the same price range and atmosphere as Juut salons, so my expectations are pretty set. About 4 months ago, I decided to make a major change - cut off 10" and add some major highlights/streaks. I chose Kelly for the cut because after reading her online bio, I figured anyone who spends that much time and effort on her bio will definitely take the same care with my hair. She exceeded all my expectations, as did Stephanie. These girls continue to impress me, each time I go. They are a blast to chat with, and after each cut/color, I still receive daily compliments on my hair, even eight weeks later - at work, random folks in stores, people in bars... it's incredible. Each time I leave Juut, I'm practically giddy with excitement over how beautiful I feel. I say that is a testament to these ladies and their mad hair skillz.

I got a blowout by Bridget for an event, and she did a great job! My hair held its volume, but still looked soft and full.

I have seen two people here - Kelly - who is a complete artist with eyebrows and definitely gets a 5+ and Rebecca for a haircut. Rebecca was incredibly late, which made me furious, and gave me a mediocre haircut for $80. No thanks. I don't mind that it is in the Kowalski's. It's not the nicest salon from an interior design point of view, but at least you can get your grocery shopping done in one stop :)
